Ordered two dresses. Shipping took longer than I anticipated given that the ad on social media stated that they were located in the state that I live in, but whatever - no big deal. Dresses arrived and not only were the sizes extremely off, one dress was noticeably different from what was advertised. Contacted customer service as directed on their website to initiate a return and was asked if I would consider an exchange. I said yes because I really liked the dresses (that were pictured) and hoped that maybe I just got the bad ones. Provided the size that I wanted to exchange for and received a response asking if I would accept a $20 refund and keep the items, otherwise I would need to pay $16.99 for their return label. On a positive note - customer service responds relatively promptly, but upon receiving the first response I knew I had been deceived. Prices are reasonable, so shop at your own risk. The inconsistent quality, cheap garment website retailers are getting better at making their sites look legitimate, so buyer beware.

Offer to re send. These sellers have insurance can easily file a claim! Now im am out $100! Never again!

The quality of the dresses was surprising! The sizes of my dresses were accurate and they fit well. I just wish the green one was a little darker - maybe a more descriptive word to describe the shade would be helpful. I am eagerly awaiting my next order!

It took a really long time to deliver. The 2 dresses I bought were a little small but I do really like them. I have 3 weeks to loose a few pounds so I can wear it to my daughter's graduation

The top is shown as illustrated, the material is soft, lovely and drapes nicely.

Great clothes!!! My ONLY negative is it takes long to get the merchandise but I must say it’s well worth the wait

Hi, very disappointed in Arnuz customer service! Ordered and received 3 items. All same size (M). One of them is too large on the breast sides and I would need to change for smaller size like S. I emailed 4 times the only email we get on their website, always politely (excepted the last one where I was pissed) without any response from them: nothing.
I was asking about their process to exchange my item size and if not possible, how to send it back for reimbursement. Nothing, no answer at all. Of course now the 30 days have passed and I have a too big item still that I won’t put on. So very frustrating!!
What a bad company this is. Never will I ever order from them.
Don’t waste your money on this! And one of the item that is fitting me is really poor quality… I’m done with Internet orders!

I've bought 2 dresses and loved them both. Ordered 2 more but need to exchange for larger size. Great packaging, great product for price

I placed two separate orders on June 9th and still waiting for them to send me return instructions for the items I don’t want.On the website said easy return and exchange but this was the worst experience returning.They offered a low dollar amount for the customer to keep the items instead of returning them.Not a good customer service at all . I will never order on their website and I am going to dispute the transaction and reverse my payment if they don’t provide return label and information.

I have been sending the emails about my order and they replied once saying the item was out of stock also when I order I never read that the expected time for delivery was 35 day! I’m still trying to
Contact them if I get no answer I will have to call my bank to reverse my payment!

I love the dresses. The fit was good for me. I can't wait to wear them on vacation/wedding this fall.

My only hesitation from ordering again would be due to the long delivery time
