Perfect quality Seville oranges arrived quickly, as promised. I used them to make the world's best marmalade.

The quality-price balance is amazing. So many fresh veggies to make recipes with. Tastes amazing, very well selected and always a different variety! Love it.

They use gordon as a delivery partner and they manage to mess up 50% of the deliveries. Årstiderna self has only customer support by email and they respond only after multiple days. Very bad experience for me. The food and products itself are good.

Have received several veggie boxes and few other products and was always satisfied until last delivery. We’ve gotten rotten bananas and the customer service does not answer. I am mostly disappointed about the missing customer care and therefore canceled my subscription.

Did not get what I asked for and what I did get was of poor quality

They don’t communicate with customers
Don’t answer emails
All they ask to write how good they are
I know I will not get my membership money back
I was member 2 month ( not even that )
If something is wrong you can not do anything because they will not answer
What company don’t have direct phone line so you can report that your delivery is cancel
What type of “so call company “ can not answer your emails for weeks
They should pay your membership money if you are not happy with there practice but they don’t
I feel sorry for everyone who finds themselves in my situation

Nice selection of food. I like exotic items such as lion's mane mushrooms, blue potatoes, etc., which are not easily available in regular supermarkets here otherwise.

However, the delivery options were sadly too limited and should be improved. (For me personally, I'd appreciate if it's possible to choose if the delivery is in the afternoon or in the late evening, at least)

Super bad service. I have not recieve anything and they do not answer to the emails. I have not even got a refund!

My first package was fine containing fruits and veggies, fermented products and some cheeses and milk products. I ordered again 10 days later and the products they sent to me were mostly in a misserable condition. Some od them even rotten...Very, very bad for the price I payed. It is not possible to distribute the veggies for the whole week cause they already are so bad that you must prepare them all at once to save the invested ammount of money. Than the customer service have not even responded yet to my email or explained their rotten bussiness strategy. I wont ever order again nor I will recommend it to anyone. I will keep on buying eco produces in swedish supermarkets much fresher and for better price. Årstiderna sucks ! No way again !
