Buffalo Picture with Snow

Flawless customer service
I ordered from art.com twice in the last month, after we repainted and spruced up our living room. The first order arrived perfect with no hiccups.
The second order arrived damaged. I contacted art.com as soon as it arrived and let them know what had happened. They got back to me within the hour, confirmed I still wanted the item I had chosen, and got the replacement in the mail immediately.
I did not have to send back the damaged item. So I listed it on my local Buy Nothing, and everybody’s delighted!
