Package arrived.

So to start things off, i would like to say that this review is from a first time client of this company. i bought a perfume (Roja Burlington 1819) off of Makeup.ch and i am writing this review in English because its more useful than a Swissgerman review:

Honestly the shipping went well, there were Problems unrelated to the shipping though, like the company location in Schlieren not having a Valid Phone number which i personally deem very unprofessional. Also there were not enough Shipping Updates for my liking and they didn’t have any information of the status of the package after it was handed over to Post.ch which i found annoying because i had to go to asendia, copy the tracking number, paste it into Post.ch and then i found the whereabouts of my parcel. Not dealbreaking but seeing all the negative reviews i just think i had to mention it.
As for shipping time, they upheld their promise which i am very happy about after seeing all the reviews. But lets see maybe its just this one time it worked out.
Now lets go to the rating
-1 because i am a first time customer and considering my limited experience with this company, i cannot say that it will always work out.
-1 because of the lack of customer service and updates.
Hope this review helps and if i get something shipped by asendia again i will update this review.

As i said it was not delayed. Just lack of information and availability of Customer support in Switzerland. But ay thanks for the reply asendia even if it might be automated.

Worst delivery service…

Delayed since Jan 1 and they are calendars. It will be next year by the time they get here. Still haven't arrived and it is almost March

Couldnt fault

Was extremely worried after reading other reviews on Asendia but I ordered some trainers off Ebay from Canada and they came to the UK with no issues at all. Tracking updated accordingly and no damage during transportation! Maybe I have been one of the luckier ones

Thank you for deleting my tracking number

So I ordered the product in August and was picked up by Asendia in August, since then there have been no updates. I have contacted the company many times and they never bother to respond. Now I enter the tracking number and it does not exist!!! So there is no way to contact the company about my delivery because as far as they are concerned, it does not exist. A bunch of thieves, how can they be in business and why would anyone want to deal with them?

lol I cannot use Asendias customer support since the tracking number has been deleted and no longer exists.

Garbage service

Garbage service. I got a phone call from a delivery driver who claimed to be at my house trying to drop my parcel off…I turn on my doorbell camera and there’s no one there at my door. I asked him if he is standing in front of my door and he said ‘yes’ and he confirmed my address but was not there. He hung up and when I tried calling him back he wouldn’t answer his phone. Next day it states on the website from where I ordered the item that they tried to deliver and there was no response so they sent the item back to the store. Waste of time and not a reliable company.

No tracking updates after 3x changing delivery dates.

Cannot get ahold of anyone at this company. My package has delayed arrival time 3x. Last tracking was feb 10th. Only certain places can find my tracking number. It landed in Mississauga and then says transporting to Toronto. Mississauga is in toronto… i just want my package delivered or a status on it.

Update

I changed review, because i have recently received ordered item from Canada, through ebay to Europe using Canada Post and Asendia.
Shiping time was delayed for some reason.
Asendia should use more frequent tracking updates ...
After 24.1.2026, dispatched by Asendia till 18.2.2026 there were not any tracking info updates, so i thought the shipment was lost ...
After all, i received the item, box was undamaged, generaly in good condition.
But Asendia MUST update their tracking system.
So 3 stars, despite delay ...

Item never arrived

Recently ordered an item on eBay and the item is stuck in Chicago for 3 weeks. Emailed their contact form but received no reply. Their website advised to contact the seller, but the seller doesn’t have any information either. I don’t think Asendia cares if the parcels are delivered. I’m still hoping I will receive my parcel and eBay should definitely replace Asendia in the near future!

Terrible customer support, updates and speed

I which I knew my package was being ship thru Asendia. I was trying to track my package, so I reached out to their customer service and open several tickets requesting information for the local company that will handle the package once it hits country. The website supposed to provide that information when you input your tracking number. Several weeks have pass and not a single word. I agree with some of the other comments posted, don't do business with anyone who uses Asendia.

Do not order from a company that uses…


Do not order from a company that uses Asendia for shipping. I ordered from ASOS (UK to Canada) and I fully understand that duties may apply — that’s not the issue. Asendia emailed me a PayPal link requesting payment for VAT duties for Malta, which makes no sense and felt extremely scam-like. I contacted ASOS directly and they advised me not to pay it. To make matters worse, the “duties” were $40 on a $100 order. When you try to contact Asendia, they redirect you to their sister company, Broadreach , and then Broadreach redirects you back to Asendia. Overall, a very confusing and untrustworthy shipping experience.

Flawless Service

I ordered a rare coin/medal from the USA on eBay and it started its postal journey with the USPS, followed by Asendia and then finally the Royal Mail in the UK. I was slightly worried when reading the many negative reviews about Asendia on Trustpilot but I personally found the whole process flawless. The best tracking updates were with Asendia so I highly recommend them and would be more than happy for them to handle any parcels of mine again in the future. Thanks Asendia!!!

Incredibly slow with zero clarity

Incredibly slow deliveries.
Very poor updates in terms of frequency and clarity.
Absolutely no means to speak with Customer Service.
FAR worse than traditional postal services like USPS or Royal Mail.
I'm not sure if my package has been lost, stolen, or is being walked from the US to the UK..

DON'T USE EVRI PLEASE

So I have had 3 packages imported by them and it took only 3 days after dispatch which is great but they use evri... Please use Royal Mail, DPD or even InPost. Evri drivers usually throw them on the ground and if it gets damaged you have to wait even longer which is bad if its a gift

Asendia more like Absentia

Delayed shipping, says my business was closed,delivery attempt even though my place of
business is a commercial building that's accessible 24 hrs. After the failed delivery every day since, it says out for delivery ...but no delivery. I can't get in contact with Absent....Asendia the toll number has no live agent and the email they provided responded: ''we have no information your account''. The tracking status is provided by yet another company called Parcels. You can't get a live agent, you contact them via Telegram. This has all the makings of a Eastern European scam, with Asendia two to three steps removed from the seller and customer.
