NEED HELP WITH YOUR PARCEL? In most instances you will need to contact the retailer you shopped with to raise your delivery query or complaint and find out how they can help you. Where appropriate they will contact us to make a claim for a delayed, lost or damaged parcel. Why do we ask you to contact the retailer? Please visit this web page for details about why this is what you need to do if you have a lost, late, or damaged parcel: https://www.asendia.com/shopper-support Asendia distributes millions of packets and parcels around the world and our level of reliability is very high. However, we appreciate that on the rare occasion things don’t go perfectly it can be very frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. WHO ARE ASENDIA? Formed in July 2012 as a joint venture between La Poste and Swiss Post, Asendia is one of the world’s leading international parcel and mail distribution companies specialising in services for businesses, including many online stores. WHAT DO WE DO? You won't see a delivery driver or postal worker in an Asendia uniform because we handle the first part of the delivery process; getting the parcel from the retailer's warehouse overseas to your country. Our local customs broker and delivery partner handles the rest within your country. WHO DELIVERS YOUR PARCEL TO YOUR DOOR OR COLLECTION POINT? It will either be your local postal service, a delivery specialist in your country, or a well known courier company that handles the final-mile delivery. So although you may not have heard of Asendia, you will most likely know the delivery company bringing the parcel to your door or collection point. Always a mega long wait when Asendia are handling my deliveries. Poor tracking doesn't help either.
They are rude and their service is bad ,the other guy was even shouting at me when they delivered my parcel from Temu
Ordered a T-shirt for Christmas on Nov 4th .....still waiting 2 months later. Perhaps it will arrive for Christmas 2026. Hopeless!!
My parcel has been in South Africa since the 23rd December 2025 and when I phoned the drive, he said I must wait until Monday to ask where is my parcel. It was meant to be delivered before Christmas. It was Christmas presents for my family. I wish TEMU didn't use Asendia.
No phone number to contact them.
Totally Rubbish service
Worst service ever.
of 4 packages this year. Each time ‘the package is somehow lost’ — either in customs or after it gets through customs. I’ve let companies know to stop using them. If you actually want your stuff don’t use this shipping company. I’ve actually wondered if they are taking peoples orders they are so bad.
Asendia seem to be getting a very hard time here / my experience? / modulated & previously looking at these pretty bad reviews out of a bit of unwarranted concern / - my exp ? - it has been very good ! &
yes - there is a gap in the tracking re International Shipping yet this *has to be expected, due to local delivery companies being the “last horse” in the logistics. I waited 12 days from USA to Ireland & all in all the parcel was delivered 10days early (even during the mad & manic Christmas period) - chill out people -
it seems Asendia will “stockpile” for each Country & then be ultra efficient in the mass delivery.
I’m very pleased - ordered 4th Dec // (set to arrive 5 Jan// arrived Christmas Eve- alls Well! :-))
Absolutely terrible experience with Asendia. My son won’t be receiving 2 of his Christmas gifts due to Asendia “losing” our packages. One item was ordered from Nike a month before Christmas and they dealt with the situation terribly and refused to expedite us a new pair of shoes and wouldn’t refund us until they heard back from Asendia which lead us to not receiving a refund until Dec.21st. I will never order anything that relies on Asendia again.
If I could give them a zero rating or negative rating I would. I have no idea how they are in business. I called to ask for an updated tracking number for a US bound package. All they could tell me was they dispatched it, but they couldn't say to whom or when, just that they passed it along. Really? There's no way for me to find the package, and they have no idea who has it. My customer is out of a Christmas gift that cannot be replaced. The level of 'oh well,' there's nothing we can do is astounding. Avoid them at all costs. eBay should learn from all the refunds they're doling out because of this company and look elsewhere for a reliable option.
I ordered a parcel in the US from Poland. Tracking stopped on December 10 from Asendia facilities. There are three tracking numbers that can be found, including with the French post and the Polish post. None of the tracking numbers are registered or known to either the French or the Polish post.
Basically, someone stole the parcel at Asendia facilities in the US.
To add insult to injury, their internal tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to Poland on January 1st, 1970, which is not only 55 years before I ordered the parcel, but even before I was born.
These guys are thieves and scammers. Avoid dealing with companies who use that fake shipping company. Items never leave their facilities and get stolen by their employees !
I have worked in Supply Chain for over 20 years, dealing with logistical companies throughout the world, export & import.ASENDIA has got to be the most incompetent, most delayed logistics company out there with deliveries.Their updates bear no information.Sadly lost 2 customers through their hopelessness. There is no line of communication to contact them whatsoever-all their options are deadends.I can't understand how Shein & other warehouse distributors utilize companies like this.
Packages that take days to arrive from the UK/Europe (and cost half in postage) take weeks from the US. They bounce around USPS hubs for days or weeks before being palmed off to Asendia. Asendia's all bot driven. When you push a query up the chain to a human, ya get nada.
iHerb started shipping with this garbage company. Avoid at all costs. 2 shipments lost. in a row. I told iHerb one more time you ship with them, I am no longer buying.
It's too bad that I can't leave zero stars. I'm a regular customer on iherb canada. They ship my product from the USA and normally I will receive it within 2 or 3 days. However, this time I was wondering what the delay was. I checked my email and realized that iherb had chosen asendia for my delivery. I had never heard of this company so I googled it to see if it is a legit company. It seems to be "legit" but on the other hand, they seem to have a low rating and I can see why. There are significant delays for no good reason. Today it says "poor weather conditions will cause delays " I looked out my window and the sun is shining, the streets have been cleared of snow days ago. I am not sure if there is any way to make a request to iherb to not use this company again when shipping my products. My parcel has been sitting in a nearby warehouse and it's frustrating how I can just take the bus there and pick it up myself but I don't think that they allow that and it also doesn't make sense when I paid for shipping. Anyhow, hope I never get stuck with this company ever again
My experience with ascendia:
-Package lost, no tracking info.
-Package broken; completely messed up.
-Package lost, no tracking info.
-Package broken; smelt like cigarettes from driver.
Why are these guys still in business?
God I could have given zero if I had the option. Worthless and waste of time. They should stop their service right away. So disappointed
THIS SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. DON’T RECOMMEND!!! They might as well just stop operating. ROTTEN SERVICE
I have found a new moto for Asendia - we are a delivery company that does not deliver.... we live in Sussex and we ordered items with VISTAPRINT and ALL our orders with Asendia have not arrived or have been lost.... One wonders why VISTAPRINT deals with this lot.... I have contacted VISTAPRINT to get Asendia out of their book.... We hope they go bust soon!

The service is very very bad. I ordered a package from Ali express. The delivery already confirmed sending to the shop service that they sent it in my mailbox. Truly, no!!, nothing there in my mailbox. And in the tracking website. It is still always said that it was incorrect address, and need to correct it. After I contacted them, they only need to talk with only the shop service, but they already confirmed sending the package. So, I cannot do nothing and let my package disappeared and won’t get my refund because the confirmation with the shop.

I got a confirmation from the seller (a major clothing company) that my order had been shipped. The estimated delivery date came and went. The tracking number was never trackable on the shipper website and nobody knows where my parcel is. I'm housebound and I see out my front windows all the time so I know no delivery attempt was made. Despite that, my neighbour helped me look all round my house and in hidden spots - no parcel. There's no evidence that Asendia ever even entered the parcel into the system.
EDIT: Typical useless boilerplate response, naturally. We all know it's a deflection tactic and the recipient isn't the customer being supported. The tracking number still doesn't appear in their system and surprise, no parcel. Despite pretending to read my review they didn't even notice I had a tracking number.
2ND EDIT: Now they're asking for my personal information to prove I'm "genuine". No, Asendia, you do not get to have my personal phone number. Just deliver your blinking parcels on time for a change. If you delete this review I'll just write another one.
3RD EDIT: Asendia now claim the seller didn't create the parcel until yesterday. I wonder if they can explain how my tracking number was created several days ago and the major seller I purchased from shows they handed off the parcel and it should have been delivered by now. Someone's lying and it's clearly not me or the seller.
4TH EDIT: The parcel was delivered by An Post after having been delayed several days by Asendia handing it to the WRONG distribution centre. Asendia were quick to send me an email taking undeserved credit for the delivery. Ooh, they delivered a parcel. What do they want, a gold medal and a "good boy" pat on the head? Oh, and notice they had my personal info all along and never needed my phone number at all.

For international packages, this company is incapable of providing tracking updates once the item leaves its facilities, and it frequently loses packages. They lost 3 of my packages in one year
