Its been 4 weeks and ive been waiting for my ring and its been delayed so much im not impressed with the wait time and wasnt informed that i had to wait this long but i really do want to try it out its just sad that ive had to wait quite some time.

Received my ring yesterday and found the connection process pretty easy .
Used the ring for the first time today and like anything new in the technology world you wonder is it going to work, and yes it worked without any issues, and so much more convenient that having to get my card out. So overall impressions are very positive and I am glad I purchased it.
I love how easy it was to set up my Astari Atlantis wearable device. The 'manager' app makes everything simple and once complete then the ring is ready to use.
Now I don't need to take my wallet or phone with me when I need to pay for my snacks in the garage or drinks at the bar, and I've even had a few comments about how convenient it looks to simply place my hand on a contactless receiver instead of having to dig a card out of my pocket!!

I’ve been using the ASTARI Ring since the beginning of the year and honestly, I’m absolutely thrilled! Finally, a gadget that works flawlessly in everyday life and makes paying feel futuristic and fun. Whether I’m at the supermarket, McDonald’s, or the gas station – a simple wave of the hand, and the payment is done. No phone, no card – just pure convenience.
What I love most: people often think I’ve got a chip implanted – but nope, it’s just the ring. We’ve tested it while traveling across Florida, Washington, Mallorca, Switzerland, England, and all over Germany – and everywhere we got the same reaction: wide eyes, curiosity, and genuine amazement.
I’m honestly surprised more people aren’t using this technology already. It’s secure, stylish, easy to use – and always a great conversation starter.

Ultimately this is a good product. However there are some teething problems that took a week to resolve, due to being passed between the two software companies required to allow use for the Astari wearable. You need to download both Curve and Mii, neither worked and only allow partial account completion. I immediately raise a ticket with both. To be fair Mii respond fairly quickly. Their answer did not resolve. Their response to my update was to contact Curve. Curve are useless and did not respond within 4 days. I then cancelled my Curve account, only for them to respond saying my account was cancelled and this was probably the reason why it wasn’t working! Anyways. All I will say to Astari is a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. You should really consider finding a new partner because Curve are not doing your brand any favours. Go check their Trust Pilot reviews for yourself.
Suffice to say, I reinstalled Curve and finally got a new account to work (without their “support”)!
UPDATE 23RD JULY 2025
Dear Astari team, I genuinely would like to positively reevaluate my feedback, however my UX has gotten worse. It appears that Curve have taken it upon themselves (4 days ago) to give all of the cards on my account a zero spend limit. To be clear, there is nothing wrong with my accounts when using the cards directly. So for reasons unknown and not at all malicious, I am now back to a product that I cannot use due to your partner. I have raised a ticket. Lets see how this goes!
UPDATE 28th JULY 2025
I'm pleased to advise that the issues with Curve are currently resolved. Both of my Astari products are working as they should, and are meeting expectations. Astari wearables not only provide convenience but also give an additional layer of personal security. There is no more taking out a phones or cards, payments can be made discreetly and imo this is a highly valuable selling point.

If you follow the instructions it takes about 5 mins to set this up successfully and have it paired to a UK bank [Starling Bank in my case]. Comfortable to wear and easy to use it's not failed any transactions yet and I don't expect it too. Very Happy.
The service is ok.

Having used the ring sizer option my Astari ring arrived fairly promptly. The fit is ideal. Set up does involve three apps, one for the ring, one for the payment system and your own bank app. Ten minutes to set up. Having set it up I have used the ring for payment most days and it works seamlessly. I can also vouch for the ring’s toughness and water resistance having accidentally put it through a sports wash (30 mins) in the pocket of my gym gear.
My ring impresses everyone. what a gadget to have. I am really happy with how convenient it is to use.

I've been using the Astari black ceramic ring for about 8 months now. No battery charging, no confirmation needed on my phone and it's waterproof.
Only thing I wish Astari had is their own payment app similar to curve. Where the master ring is linked to but can add separate rings with set payments limit for kids or partner. If anyone has used mclear payments rings you'd understand. I'd pay a monthly fee for it
I've had the Astari ring a few days now. Absolutely love it. The set up via curve and mii apps was so easy. Just follow the steps. Worked first time perfectly. The ring is very stylish, the fit was spot on. I cannot fault it in any way. Having money taken from your account directly is much better than having a reload funds all the time.

I lost my ring, contacted support. They answered within 2 hours. Gave me all the information I needed. Luckily I found it. Reinstalled the ring and it worked again first time. Can't fault the company or the product. Thanks again.

I had a little issue as it didn’t work at first and i contacted the after sales department. They were extremely friendly and helpful and the issue (something I forgot to do) was resolved straight away.
Now, I use it everywhere and it works perfectly fine.

This is not a view of the product as I’m yet to receive it, more so the Company and their organisation. I ordered one of the metal rings back in March as part of the Pre-order deal with the initial proposed delivery date being the end of April, and we were told everything was on track. However around the 17th April we were told that the colour wasn’t right so they need to delay things, up to 25th June (a bit more than the stated 6 weeks). We’re now being told that they are expected to be delivered to them by the end of June. And they’ll need to inspect the items, the is no timeline for shipping. Looking on the website, there is a shipping date of around the middle of July. My frustration here is the lack of clarity and the shifting of the goalposts. Surely before putting an item on sale you would check that it works and get a sample. Lack of foresight at its finest
Update: Finally got a ring (I had initially cancelled the order and reordered just over a week ago, the initial purchased brushed colour is still not available). Connecting the ring to the phone is simple. Problem is, that’s where it stops, the curve card cannot be added to the ring as it is constantly telling you the card details are incorrect (they’re not), Curve have a lead time of 3 working days before responding and Astari have 1 working day.
