Do not buy from this company. It has been over a month and it has still not shipped. I tried buying this for my son’s Christmas present over a month ago.

Do not buy from this company under any circumstance. You will not get the product that you pay for, they have all of these terms and conditions but there will be no response to emails or messages on instagram.

I ordered this a month ago. The tracking number I was given doesn’t exist. I’ve emailed 6 times for status and the email I was actually given in my shop app is a weird Tony email….. Never hear back…. Pretty sure this is a scam

Wish I can give a negative star. Ordered on the 29th of November, it is now December 19th and still waiting. No one responds to my emails. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

Saw the galaxy projector at a sound bath and it's the best one I've seen. Delivered within a couple of days and easy to set up on my phone and sync with Alexa.

Fast delivery. Bought this as a gift but looks lovely.

I placed the order, then plans came up. I tried to contact them several times but no one replied and they continued with the process of the order. Now I have an order that will probably get stuck in the post office for few days and then returned to them.
It felt like it was on purpose because they were prompt when I asked before placing the order.

The projector is super, very high quality, the child is happy, thank you

Great experience. We had major issues with Royal Mail and the team were patient, supportive and helpful all the way through. This is our third order with Astrol Light and I cannot rate their products and customer service more highly.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star to be honest. Don’t bother.

I sent mine back to get a refund, been trying to get a reply from them since December last year. Still no reply, still no refund. Still £40 down👍🏼

You will get no reply whatsoever.

It took forever to receive the package; had to chase it.

They change their prices too; not fixed discount. I overpaid for mine by £10 and that was with their 20% discount offered at the time.
When questioned the price and asking to honour for me too for what they are selling their units for… I have received zero reply! Yet they are still trading.

The effect of this light is not as per pictures.

I ordered two of these projectors and the one is completely fine no issues at all. BUT the 2nd one I purchased came with a faulty cable so I had to go out my way to buy my own. I left it to charge for a good 24 hours. When I used it I got maybe 20 minutes max out of it? I don’t know if this is the normal time you get out of these but it really isn’t good enough and not worth the money! As others have said the buttons are extremely sensitive and overall just not very good! I’ve been constantly emailing the company asking to return but I haven’t had 1 response! Out of a good 20 emails I have sent. Customer service is non existent. You obviously know your products aren’t great! Just a massive waste of money and time. Should report to trading standards really!!

You are constantly delivering late you say delivery within 1-3 days for UK customers and its been over a week. False advertising
