Wish I can give a negative star. Ordered on the 29th of November, it is now December 19th and still waiting. No one responds to my emails. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

Never received product

Never got the product- delivery left in an insecure communal area of the building rather than the address on the order. Company did not accept any responsibility for this - weren’t even willing to discuss. Poor communication over email. They use a poor quality (likely cheap) delivery company with no care for the package getting to the customer.

Unhelpful customer service

Poor experience with the delivery. I ordered a light before Xmas which arrived late and was left in an unsafe place by the courier and was subsequently stolen before I could get to it. Astrol light refused to assist, saying it had been marked as delivered. 2 months later I have finally been able to claim my money back through my bank (thank goodness).
Good luck trying to contact them. They don’t have a phone number, didn’t respond on the web chat and answered 1 out of 4 emails I sent.

Rate them as ZERO

Rate them as ZERO - trying to return the order from 22nd December - they didn't respond to ANY messages. Don't ever buy from them!

Update 6/07: they’ve also blocked me on Social media as I left them a negative review and now requested more details from Trustpilot to better understand my experience 😂 cannot wait to hear from you guys, it’s only been 7 months!

Terrible service, Zero communication - Avoid at all costs.

Missed their delivery window so had to order a different product from elsewhere as it was for a gift. The only way to supposedly get their return details is to message them through their website, as they don't even provide an email address. Messaged them several times to return for a refund and they've completely ignored me.

Also note that in spite of the appearances on their website all of their products are shipped from China, so they are likely a Chinese company that operate outside of the typical trading protections of the US and EU. If you buy from this company and anything goes wrong you WILL NEVER get your money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - purchase from literally anywhere else so you can enjoy peace of mind of doing business with lawful traders.

Poor customer service

Received my projector but found it to be very cheaply made for the cost, the buttons are touch activated so you can't actually see them in the dark and mine kept flickering. Requested a return and refund on website, heard back quickly with them offering a replacement. When I replied to ask to return for a refund I've not heard anything back since. Not a great experience. I refrained from leaving a review but ultimately I'm not happy with the service.

No communication, poor product

No communication on social media or website as to delay on delivery. Product arrived and i was disappointed with the quality for the price. Asked for return/refund details, these should be stated and provided as standard in box or on website the same as every other retailer. Have asked for return details and still no reply. Edit - So you can respond to negative reviews but you cannot respond to requests for a refund emailed to you via your website. I will be calling the bank to do a chargeback soon. Where does it say on your website the only contact is via email and not social media?

I too received the Astral Light way…

I too received the Astral Light way after Christmas even though ordered and “dispatched” in plenty of time.
Postal strikes did not seem to delay any other items ordered at a later date.

Product itself is flimsy and not easy to use, especially for kids. Touch buttons are ultra sensitive to the point of frustration.
Charge time is weak.
All in all a cheap and insufficient product that neither warrants the money nor time invested.
