Nothing wow
Slightly underwhelmed, could buy better else where I reckon, have to get the app to have multiple colours since the actual light only has Green,red, blue and then a mix of the 3 in order. Pretty annoying noise too so I can’t sleep with this on, it’s to be expected as it’s never going to be dead silent

I never received it
I never received it. Carrier no phone number and not responding to email. You do not have a phone number and email took days to reply. I am currently reviewing video of delivery address to verify if and to whom it truly was delivered. I request either a refund or item replace. I have no desire to own 2 of the lights so I would not fraudulently claim to have not received it. I was looking forward to it as it was the centerpiece, set it off for my bedroom. So disappointed. I could have gone with others and some even cheaper thru Amazon and had it weeks ago.

Sorry to hear about your experience and review. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or send replacements for orders that are successfully marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason we always suggest you enter a secure address at checkout and have your parcel delivered to.

I have been trying to return my item…
I have been trying to return my item for 3 weeks and had zero responses despite sending 6 emails/requests to the company. My item does not work and the customer service is absolutely appalling.
I've read the reply from the company and if I could attach a screenshot of the emails sent to that email address I would. Would love to know what the excuse is for not getting a response from the online form.
I have emailed the address given in the response and will await a reply.

I'm in awe!
Aside from the under par reviews, I had the best experience from ordering this & using the product.
The light is amazing and is controllable by an app, lights up my room emphatically. Definitely recommend.

I had some initial issues but it does work - if somewhat flimsier than I expected. My biggest issue is the price. Its now reduced further and on my package delivering 2 lights the package contents were valued at £37.50 when I paid £81.00. I am disgusted

The price for two projectors is £81 as shown on the website. The £37.50 will be how much the parcel is insured for if it were to go missing so we can claim back.
They didn’t even deliver it to my house…
They didn’t even deliver it to my house or even bother. They won’t give me a refund too. The picture the delivery driver took of the parcel which meant to be outside my house was at the post office, don’t even know which one. Now I have to go out my way to get to the post office. Not happy

The product itself is decent
The product itself is decent. However it takes forever to arrive. Also, the logistics are really confusing as when I ordered the product to be shipped to India, for some reason it didn't go from China straight to India but went to Belgium where it was stranded for a couple of weeks.
Edit: Thank you for the reply. However, I am still confused as to why a parcel originating from China and being delivered to India should even go to Belgium. When I ordered it to the US, it was there quicker than when I ordered it to India which isn't making sense

I have had a look and can see that the reason being why your parcel was at a standstill was because some countries are still under strict covid rules. Your parcel had passed through countries where the law requires international shipments to isolate & 'disinfect' for 14 days before it could be transitioned to you or the next stage in the delivery process.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and of course we are glad you are happy with the product.

Over priced, long delay and under whelming
A very long delay in delivery. the item finally arrived and was incredibly underwhelming and nothing like the Instagram photos. I will be returning it. At £35 is a rip off.
