SCAM, FAKE COMPANY

Do not believe the positive reviews - they're all fake. You can't contact any of them to verify their reviews.
You will get an inferior product that smells like cheap plastic... because it is. You can buy the same thing for $50 on any other site
Even their website is questionable.
If you give them money, they will refuse to refund you. They pretend their company is local, but they're only in China, and will tell you to return the item to China, including postage etc, even though there's a local address on the package you receive

Dishonest, disingenuous, will not refund

In an ongoing saga, this company refuses to refund money paid for 2 sets of headphones. After reading the reviews here I tried to stop the payment with the bank. They advised refusing the goods when they were delivered. So I did, having notified the company I wouldn’t be accepting delivery and wanted a refund. They added a %15 charge because I didn’t accept delivery. I still have no money. I have not accepted the ‘refusal charge’. DON’T even be tempted to use this dishonest fraudulent company. You won’t get any customer service, or honest quality products and they will steal your money.
To the company: just please refund my money. A couple of hundred pounds is too much to be out of pocket for…..

Poor quality headphones

Poor quality headphones, company tries to get you to return them to china and pay taxes. They are breaking consumer laws by not clearly stating where the company is based. I have successfully claimed a charge back through my bank and received all my money back by outlining this and stating if the company is UK based then they can provide me with a UK based returns address which they failed to do. I hope this helps you all get your money back from them.

Chinese weezals.....

Tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after stupidly paying, if I could bend my leg around my back I would constantly kick myself up the ass for a month, I've contacted my bank will probably wait for a month to see if they will refund me. First time this will ever happen and the last. Rip off company director needs hanging..........

Ordered head phones . Read reviews messaged to cancel no reply they are now saying shipped .I Still can't contact them via support I have contacted klarma for assistance to intervene. Wish I could leave zero stars!

Disgrace of a company hiding behind a .co.uk website with not one mention it was coming from China. Tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let me. Told me to get my money back I need to pay for the return and the tax.

Disgusting company. Selling really poor quality earphones.

They should be shut down.

Hooked in by plausible online reviews

Hooked in by plausible online reviews. Should’ve known better and done my research first. Made out of poor quality plastic, very much cobbled together earphones, with difficult to manage fiddly controls. Not convinced these headphones passed any form of electrical safety checks. Into the bin they go. Won’t pass on them on to anyone for the reasons given above. Lesson learned. Never waste my money like this again.

Fake reviews online stating them as a premium product , all false.
They will take your money and not refund under any circumstances.
Trading Standards need to address this immediately !
The cardboard box is worth more than the headphones ....really !!

Over ear Auralu Headphones

At first I did an unfair comparison to my Sennheiser PXC 550-II's. Realising they cost 3 times more, I just decided to put them to one side. These headphones do the job for the price range they are listed at. Don't be put off by the negative views. They are comfortable, with a long lasting battery and are worth the money.

You can’t return product because you have to send to china with costs. And 4 to 5 weeks turnaround. they fob you off with keep product and give poultry percentage to keep them

-100 customer support, bought just before xmas wanted to cancel the order straight away and they told me to wait for them to come and return them straight away they told me it would cost me 80% of the price to return them i told them i want a full refund because i seen the bad reviews after and they told me to open them and try them so i did and told them the qualty was poor (cheap case feel, headphones did not go in my ears as expected) and was told there is nothing wrong with their products, send it back for around 80% of my money paid so i would in turn recieve 20% back. Absolute robbing Company, only just rememberd i had them as come across them the other day and have been trying to charge them to give away to someone thats not botherd about quality as much as me but this is the interesting part,. they dont even charge up. *****AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COST******

Terrible product. Terrible Customer Service…

OMG I wish I’d read the reviews on here before I dealt with this outfit!! Had to give one star as zero stars isn’t an option.
The earbuds I got worked fine for the first three days before the right one stopped working. It wouldn’t hold a charge and would only produce sound for 30 seconds at a time.
I emailed them three times in a week but got no reply …..until about 10 days after my first email. The reply was just a copy/paste of my original email 😳 other than someone had typed “please provide that” before the pasted text!
After a couple of weeks of trying to explain what my issue was and receiving the odd reply (copy/pastes of my emails) I gave up and contacted my bank to instigate a chargeback dispute. I got my transaction cancelled and money refunded within a few days.
Once Auralu were notified of the chargeback, they started emailing twice a day 😂 asking for videos showing the problem. I’ve tried to explain that I no longer care as I’ve already had my refund from my bank but they don’t take any notice of anything I tell them.
They even offered me a 50% refund if I would withdraw my chargeback claim! I see the logic there though as one of the earbuds works perfectly 🤣
To sum up:
Don’t buy from this scam company pretending to be UK based.
If you did already buy and have issues with the product, email them three or four times (your bank will ask for evidence that you tried to resolve the problem) but don’t waste any more time trying to get any sense from them.
Make a chargeback claim with whichever organisation you used to make your payment as you won’t get a refund from the scammers.
I would also advise not to try to return the product until you’ve had your refund from your payment provider.
Once Auralu get notified that you’ve made a chargeback claim, they’ll quite happily send you the return address details 😉 It’s in China believe it or not! lol

Yet another rip-off Chinese drop shipping outfit. Headphones are crap - poorly fitting, smell plasticy, sound leaks and annoys people nearby. They pretend to be a UK company but returns are to China which makes their supposed return guarantee a waste of time.
The reviews online are fake.
AVOID - like most things advertised on Instagram and social media, it’s a crap product, overpriced, and impossible to return without paying half the purchase price in postage and taxes.

I got scammed but I have to take responsibility too



I was looking at the 5 best earbuds reviews when this company flushed across out of nowhere onto that thread. Now, I don't know why or how ,I even entertained them let alone order from them. Hence where we may need to take some of the responsibility. It's ok to keep posting they are scammers who go around taking peoples good money in return for glorified junk, but that's of no benefit to potential new victims. They are probably still trading because they actually post their cheap junk after taking our money. They will fob you off when asking for replacements (which is a waste of time anyway as they will send you the same dog poo) and don't make me laugh if you think you will get your money back in a million years.
Lesson learned. The goods were sent from a dirty little warehouse in Wembley which stocks other crap along with their earbuds/headphones. You can see from the box received , the cheap printing, the photos lifted from other websites and the typically ridicurous Godawful Chinese spelling. Nice one scammers from China. You will be busted (just like your products) and soon. This I promise.

So pretty much the same as everyone else on here. I purchased through Klarna as I didn’t want to send a company I hadn’t heard of the full price from my pocket. After reading reviews I decided to not even accept the parcel and refused delivery. This angered the company no end, but it also meant the shipping and insurance would be their issue not mine. Like many others they kept sending copy and paste reply’s with very poor English, so I involved Klarna who put a stop on the purchase and queried the company on my behalf also. After many back and forth with emails and Klarna investigating them all of a sudden miraculously got them to issue me with a refund. Just try to be persistent and keep all the facts. Their so called office address on the website is also a Thai restaurant which seems very weird for a so called international company.

Cheap crap don't waste your money....

Well after waiting weeks and many sent emails I finally got my headphones to find they are actually damaged, they said its happened in transit not possible as the Bix was not damaged.
I have asked for a full refund and I have been told they will replace then, so I come here to find all these bad reviews wish I had of come here first before paying.
They look and feel like cheap crap so don't waste your money.

I bought the Earbuds after looking at a review site, which for sure is run by them or a China company. Buds look ok, can hear ok, but people on the other end of a phone call could only hear muffled voice. I emailed them. They were very quick to reply, they asked me for video evidence, which I sent. They said sounded ok, but send back for a full refund. I posted back with tracking number. Again replied back very quickly saying Thank you. Buds landed in China in 9th Feb 2024. I have emailed them many times now. Dead silence. They suck you in twice, one in buying their bad product, then sending back to them on the pretense of full refund. Once posted you are completely ghosted. They will resell to another person for sure, they said so in their email. Please clean and package correctly for resell. Disgusting Scammers !!!!!!
UPDATE 06.03.24: After many emails I managed to get some money back, They deducted 15% Restocking fee and Customs fees from Chinese Government. All up lost about 35% of my refund.
