Item never shipped

The company issued a tracking number, but Canada Post never received the item. I contacted the merchant and they promised to investigate, but I never heard from them again.

SCAM ****SCAM****BEWARE

Please beware. This is a total scam. I placed the order more than 15 days ago and nothing from the company. Their support is automated and simply makes a fool of the customer. Don’t get fooled. Please stay away

Frauds

Placed an order and seen it wasn't coming from the usa so I immediately emailed them to cancel they responded they received the cancelation in time and would refund my money that was over a week ago with me emailing them over and over to make sure they refund and canceled my order and them lying saying they did. I then got a shipping confirmation email over a week later ( even though they state they ship within 24 hours) I had to file a claim through PayPal and still they haven't refunded me and no they haven't shipped (nor do I want them to) because there's been no movement on the tracking number in over a week. I wouldn't trust this company or purchase from them

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered a pair of glasses two weeks ago. Three days after I placed the order, it said they had been shipped. They provided an email with my order number and tracking number. The tracking number does not work. I have checked it every day for two weeks as occasionally it can take a bit for a carrier to show the tracking info. Still nothing. I have sent them two emails with no reply. They have an online chat feature that says they are online, however they have never responded and again, I have tried contacting them daily. I am giving them three more days and then reporting them to Apple for being a scam.

They state a 1-2 day ship time

They state a 1-2 day ship time. Going on the third day and still do not have a tracking number or notification that my order has shipped. Tried contacting support email and got a generic automated reply. Sent a message on the contact page of the website and no reply. Also tried the chat widget on the site and nothing. I paid extra for the express 4-6 day shipping and if the order has not left there is no way it is going to make it in the posted time frame.

Stay Away

Ordered from this company and they shipped the product to the wrong address. They kept insisting that they sent it to the correct one but I checked with the post office and the address they sent it to did not match the address I had entered for my order.

They refused to provide support. Stay away

I found these at the right time

I found these at the right time. I hate recording videos with my phone when im on a vacation but i still want to capture the memories. I had a trip to Japan, Osaka coming up and search for alternatives. Well i found the Meta Raybans which seemed to fulfill my need but they cost wayyy too much. Then i found these glasses which cost about a third of the price while still fulfilling my needs. Got amazing videos and pictures of the trip without spending time on my phone!

Better than RayBan Meta Imo

Honestly thought these were gonna be cheap knockoffs of Ray-Bans but gave them a shot for $99. Pleasantly surprised. Video and audio are solid, and touch controls work smoothly. Packaging felt like opening an iphone premium experience all around.

I returned my meta glasses due to…

I returned my meta glasses due to frustrating 3min video limits and battery issues. Bought Aventa as a cheaper alternative and so glad I did. Longer battery life, 12min clips way betterr Build quality maybe slightly lower, but overall better value by miles.
