Refund not received after 11 days now what should I do? I ordered 2 items on the 27th July and…
I ordered 2 items on the 27th July and I did'nt receive a dispatch note or a delivery date for 8 days. I emailed them to enquire about the delivery date, their reply was that they have a backlog and if do'nt want to wait I could request cancellation and Refund which I did on the 3rd August. It's 8 days now since the cancellation and REUND wax issued and
I have'nt received the REFUND. I wrote to them again yesterday and again I received the same answer that a REFUND was made and I have to wait for 3-5 days despite the fact that i have made them aware that it's now 8 days after their REFUND was made. I suspect that a cancellation was made without issuing a Refund. I am going to wait for another week and if a Refund is not received I will take a legal action. Very disappointed and will never use again.

Great price, long expiry dates
Ordered some eye drops which were much cheaper than a well known high street chemist. All 5 bottles had long expiry dates, in excess of 3 years. Very pleased, would happily use AYP Healthcare again

Ayp healthcare have improved a lot
Ayp healthcare have improved a lot, I used them about a year ago and the service wasn’t good but I have recently ordered my medication and the service is so much better, delivery was quick and they were very helpful, so glad I gave them another chance.

Syndol tablets for migraine
Very easy to order once you fill out questionnaire.
I am happy to have these tablets on standby as obviously you can’t purchase the original Syndol anymore and they are the only tablets that work if I have a migraine.

If I could give zero * I would
If I could give zero * I would. I ordered some eye gel. Payment was taken immediately. It took 3 days to approve. Almost two weeks later I am still waiting to receive my order. I’ve left a voicemail message. I’ve used the Chatbot which say it’s available 9am-5pm. At 4.30pm they are offline and will be back online in a few hours. Am I supposed to wait around for them to come back online? They have failed on every performance indicator on their website. DO NOT USE.
