Worst Pharmacy EVER
Worst Pharmacy ever.
Ordered 12 days ago due to needed the medication. Complaint sent after 10 days due to no order being sent. Requested a refund after 12 days as they were happy to keep my money but still hadnt sent my medication. Now have to wait another 5 days for a refund. SHOCKING!
Stay clear of these if you actually want to receive what you've ordered.

Awful customer service
Ordered items and it has been over the retimed delivery time advertised and paid for, but the items have not even been dispatched yet. Have called them over 8 times and they hang up. Awful.

second time in a year
second time in a year, my order was dispatched but then returned to AYP - their system put my name and town on the parcel but not my address. The gap between the incidents means they haven't sorted out the tech issue causing this. Not great experience.

I ordered medication over 2 weeks ago and had emailed them, they explained there was a “delay” and it would take 24/48 hrs…. Another 4 days later and it still hasn’t even been dispatched!!! Avoid at all costs

Won't be using this company again
Ordered 2 items, one was cancelled without reason, I then had to contact about cancelling the order to which I was only refunded the original cancelled item. Still waiting for the rest of my refund over two weeks later. Very bad customer service. Now far longer and still no refund! They say there has been but I have received nothing!

Do what they need to and do it well
Been using AYP for weight loss medication for about 6 months now.
They’re significantly cheaper than other suppliers, my stuff always comes promptly (I always order a week or two before I need it) and any staff I’ve dealt with have been lovely.
Absolutely no complaints from me, and would highly recommend.
