It's great to get quality second hand equipment for reasonable prices rather than buying at inflated prices for “new” stuff which not really that much better.

Haven't even received my phone yet and…
Haven't even received my phone yet and having issues with back market not replying. The delivery company website is in french language but if you go to English it will automatically switch back to french when you type something.
My parcel seems to have been stuck with no movement since the 12th of February and now it's the 19th and was due to be delivered between 17th-18th.
Back market or the delivery company have not got back to any of my messages and still haven't received it.

Seems like a scam so far. Phone sent off but no repair or replacement
So far, it seems like a scam. I am in warranty and the phone i bought developed many issues. I sent it off as requested and was told it would be repaired, replaced or refunded within 2-3 working days. It has now been a week and the so called support on the website is just ignoring me. This is simply not ok. I will be filing a report with my bank and the authorities if i do not hear back soon.

I was a bit sceptical buying a used iphone as I was concerned about the quality etc. but I needn’t have worried. The delivery was very quick and I was kept up to date with the schedule. The phone is great, premium quality.
