I contacted Baker Bands after receiving my watch band only to realise I had ordered the wrong size. I requesting assistance with arranging an exchange but today have received an email to advise the size needed is on its way free of charge. Certainly can’t complain at the customer service from Gary. Much appreciated.

Ordered Apple Watch strap for my wife for Christmas. Wife wanted a different style. Emailed Bakers and requested an exchange. They responded very quickly and sent out exchange item next day.

Ordered over the Christmas period and shop wasn’t helpful with updates saying it hadn’t been dispatched but was delivered in 2 working days. When questioned on whether this had been sent I got a response straight away

They have a great website showcasing all of their products, of which so many to choose from. It was easy to navigate and order from.
I ordered a Christmas present but ordered the wrong one, so I messaged Gary at bakersbands to see if I could change it for a different colour. I got a reply within an hour and my new order confirmation email. The replacement was delivered the very next working day. I was so stunned how quick, easy and efficient Gary was. It’s unheard of these days. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

I purchased an Apple Watch strap for Christmas without realising that I purchased the wrong colour. When I contacted Gary at Baker Bands to explain, despite exceeding the returns policy, Gary replaced the watch strap and sent the replacement item the next day without any quibble and FOC.

Excellent service and communication, the starlight watch strap is identical to the original Apple Watch strap. So happy.

I had ordered the wrong size of Apple Watch strap for my son’s Christmas and contacted the company to see if I could return it. I received a very speedy response and although this was my fault entirely, I received a replacement a few days later. I cannot praise Gary highly enough. The customer service from this company is second to none!!

Ordered on the 11th still no communication just a confirmation email of my order which is obviously automated. No reply to my email asking where my order is, they use a shop app to track but that also gives you no information what so ever. I’m pretty sure the band isn’t going to turn up and they’ll respond to this saying they don’t know what happened as they’ve sent it out.

Edit: Yes you responded when I posted a review and not before, we’ll see if it turns up.

Silicone Strap started degrading after a few months of usage, with the metal sub frame showing through and catching as the months went on.

Emailed with pictures asking if this was normal and received no reply (1 month ago). Would’ve expected it to last longer and get a reply!

Waiting for my order, they have linked with ‘shop’ app which should provide me with tracking information. No information or up date just stuck at Ready to Ship. Waiting for a reply to my request for an up date.

Why does it take 2 days to reply and up to 5 days to ship? In 2024 I would expect a much slicker and professional service

First delivery disappeared in transit but a second strap was promptly despatched without question as soon as BB were notified the original order hadn’t arrived. Strap appears good quality and exactly as described, very pleased all round.

Order confirmed at 12.59.
Order cancelled at 21.46, with the following message
“Your order has been canceled
Order # was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded.”

Straps at affordable price. Purchase and delivery simple and straight forward.
I purchased a coloured leather iPhone strap in late August, now mid October and colour already degrading.
Bit miffed at that, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
