Ordered a strap over 9 months ago.
Ordered a strap over 9 months ago.
Not much use, as I use this watch for walks and runs, but it had snapped.
Emailed to say I was unhappy, but due to the timeframe, I didn’t expect a refund.
3 days later, a new strap has arrived.
It’s rare to get customer service like this these days and as a result, I will now be looking for a new strap for my Wife’s Apple Watch.

I ordered silicone watch straps before for my Apple series 9 and was amazed at the quality, they are identical to Apple straps at a fraction of the of the price!
I have just ordered a metal link strap for the same watch and again fantastic Quality.

Excellent customer service and great product.
Great quality watch strap at a very affordable price.
The strap was too big for my wrist so I contacted customer service for advice on removing some links. Had a reply straight away and they sent me a tool to help take the links out, free of charge. Would definitely recommend this company.5*

Poor Quality - *Resolved
I purchased a rose gold Milanese loop for my Apple Watch, and the quality is absolutely dreadful. Within just two months, the metal discoloured badly. On top of that, the strap is so poorly made that the loops began unraveling and snagging on my clothing. Very disappointing product—avoid at all costs.
