Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Rapid response to emails and resolved my problem! It’s not the first time I have bought from here and definitely won’t be the last!
There was a mix up with my delivery
There was a mix up with my delivery, but, it was easily solved in one email. There was no back and fourth dispute, was easily sorted with a quick response past 5pm. 10/10 customer service.
Smooth Balls Now
I received my trimmer but it didn’t work, the light came on but the trimmer didn’t run. I contacted support and they sorted it straight away, sending me a newer version that worked fine. Speedy response and Good Service.

I had my trimmer for a few months and the battery died on me after only a few uses. I contacted balls and their customer service team sorted this out straight away, offering a free replacement, no questions asked. Amazing service to fix a small problem. I’d recommend anyone with an issue to contact their customer service team, as an issue like this can be easily resolved.
Don’t trust the bad reviews, top quality product with very good customer service.
Great product, even better customer service. Very confused at all the other bad reviews here.
I have been using the V1 balls trimmer for a little over a year and had no issues what so ever. Balls even sent me a free replacement blade after stupidly breaking mine by being too heavy handed. Recently it stopped charging as I kept overcharging it (not knowing that it should be on charge for more than 4 hours) and balls understood my situation and because I had a few blades still from the subscription they sent me a whole new V2 trimmer free of charge ( which is an even better product ).
Overall I can’t fault the product, especially the latest model. But what gives me the energy to write this review is the top tier customer service that I have received over my 14 months with balls. Really helpful and understanding quick replies over email that make you feel like you’re dealing with an empathetic human being and not some poorly programmed robot ( which honestly feels like 99% of the companies I deal with in this day and age). So THANKYOU to balls for being such a great brand and I really think this company paves the way for how all modern businesses should be ran.
Such a shame I see so many bad reviews but honestly trust me they’re great just give them a chance. 😁
Scam
I bought this thinking I was getting a cheaper option then the manscaped and hopefully a more affordable better razor. Clearly not the case I got it (2 weeks late) and the bloody thing won’t even turn on. I charged it for the amount of time it said and more! And it makes one little buzz sound and that’s it. Pretty pissed off and knowing i won’t get my $80 back. Definitely going for the more pricy one next time. Now I can’t impress my date this weekend!
Lethal product please don’t buy…!
I don’t normally write reviews about products but this trimmer is dangerous so wanted to warn people not to purchase…
I genuinely thought I had just bought a one off defective product but reading the reviews I now know that many have experienced the same painful experience as myself. It doesn’t trim properly if at all and there was more blood than a kill bill movie!
I’m livid…

Steve Ball should be ashamed
What a scam this product is. The ‘sack-safe technology’ is a cover over the blade so the blade stays away from the skin😂 What a con artist you are Mr Ball.
DO NOT BUY!!! I have returned it!
I'll keep this review nice and simple. A bit of background. 34 male, married, extensive experience with various trimmers. I also followed the recommendations from the manufacturer in regards to charging and also using the trimmer.
The positives:
- Nice looking package from the outside.
- Compact and small trimmer.
The negatives:
- Internal packaging is flimsy.
- I like to keep my pubes very short (not clean shaven), less than 3mm which is the shortest the trimmer will cut with the guard on. Therefore, I had to remove the guard. That is when it all started. I kept skin as taught as can be and the trimmer managed to nick me 4 times. I know it was 4 because 2 times it drew blood and the other two I started cursing, Which I rarely do.
- Following the direction of hair growth as recommended, took me ages to cut away the hair. I can only assume this is so as not to pull on hair if trimming in the opposite direction of hair growth. I have a Phillips brand trimmer that cuts in any direction of hair growth quickly and without pulling on hair. I assume the Balls' trimmer motor is lacking sufficient power to cut efficiently.
- The trimmer is fairly loud. Louder than what I expected.
- Another reviewer stated that the trimmer felt like one of those cheap trimmers for £10. That is not true in the feel of the product. It feels like good decent quality. However, the trimming ability is definitely not worth anything above £10.
I have already packaged the trimmer for return. It is a shame that the company expects buyers to pay return postage for a product that does the opposite of what it is advertised to do.
I have seen many poor reviews for other similar products that showcase trimmers specifically designed for trimming men's' balls. They all seem to do exactly the opposite of what is advertised. I am going to stick to my Philips trimmer. It has never nicked me or caused any injury. I have had it for 2 years. The downside is that it is bigger than the Balls trimmer. But I rather use that and have intact balls than balls that look like they have been massacred.
If anyone is interested, the Philips trimmer has tiny little ball shaped ends on the blade. I presume that is what stops the nicks and cuts. I don't know if this model is still available but is called Philips BG3010.
Save your BALLS, save your DIGNITY and save your MARRIAGE!
Terrible noisy product that cuts
Terrible noisy product that cuts, reviews on their own website are selective at best.
Avoid
Terrible product. The quality is just ridiculous, you're just paying for the marketing.
I bought my husband BALLS for Christmas…
I bought my husband BALLS for Christmas and he has nothing but awesome things to say about it. He hasn't had a snag or cut since he started using it. Top notch product!
A couple days ago I was in the shower and my lady trimmer was dead. Noone was home to get me batteries for it. I ended up using my husband's BALLS and, ladies and gents, I gotta tell ya, my ladybits have never been happier. BALLS needs to remarket this trimmer for ladies. Turn it purple and call it LIPS. I might just be ordering one for myself.
Sincerely,
One Happy Vagina!!!
The best exercise in self emasculation
The best exercise in self emasculation. More cuts than by the Board of Film Censors. Used twice cut me to bits, gone back to a razor with ZERO nicks and a cleaner shave. Absolute rubbish.
Used twice cut twice absolute con
Used twice cut twice absolute con! You may as well use your hair clippers probably cut you less because your expecting it 😂
Terrible
Was not the product marketed.
My cheap timer does a safer and better job.
Painful and disappointing
Incredibly slow and rude after sales
Incredibly slow and rude after sales. Go elsewhere even pay double and save yourself
Awful
Awful. Awful. Awful. I read the bad reviews on here but I still went ahead. What a mistake. What an awful trimmer. It is not safe for your nut sack. Please do not use it down there. It’s just a very cheap trimmer that you’d pick up at a discount store for £10. Please be safe and do not use it down there.
Oh and they will spam your email inbox relentlessly.
