Balls 

I was sent what looked like a used product I took pictures of the packaging and what I thought was a hair on the blade. The thing is though, never mind all the health and safety considerations, I had to deal with really bad customer services. I think it is one individual and he accused me of being rude and asked me to go get some manners, thing is the only thing I need is my money back.
Would never NEVER want to deal with this company again.

What a waste of £50!!! Cut my sacks instantly and doesn't even touch the body hair when you try cutting it. Garbage!! I want my money back!

It is just a cheap trimmer with a palstic guard to stop it going all edward scissor hands on your balls

Absolutely useless piece of rubbish. Cut on the first time and returning it immediately. They won’t even pay for return postage. This product is a con AVOID this company

4 cuts in 3 seconds, absolutely terrible. This product should be reported, false advertising and its lethal, far worse than any other shaver. The company should be closed down ASAP. Awful

The worst product ever should have gone with manscaped. I bought this based on their adverts and promises. Every time I have used it, I nicked my balls even though it says otherwise and also the worst part is the battery doesn't last more than 10 mins. Nobody should buy this product, absolutely disappointed.

Thanks balls! Now I have $129 less in my bank account and my balls are bleeding!! Only 12 nicks in the first trim.awesom! Save your balls and your money, do not buy this trimmer

Not true what is being advertised. Nothing different than any electric razor.

Blades have broken 3 times after light usage. Awful customer service. Claiming blades are 'consumable goods' and I need to buy more. Ignoring the fact they have broke 3 times. Avoid this product and company

Love my BALLS trimmer! Cost-effective, easy to take with me in the shower, don't get nearly as much ribbing from my girlfriend now :) Definitely a good investment, and I always use the guard to avoid any nicks!

This company should be taken to court because they say something similar to “we are not aware of anyone cutting themselves using our product”

Absolute fraudsters, the shaver is no better than any other £5 shaver out there. There’s no such anti-cut technology.

I had to file a case with Visa to get my refund as it took so long.

Why did I not see these reviews before purchasing!?

I hope that this company CEO/Owner or whoever is responsible for the misleading claims gets sued because it’s literally injuring hundreds of people.

Honestly it was waste of money and blood. Used it once gave me 3 cuts. Never used again. This thing should be illegal

Should’ve read the reviews because bloody hell they cut every single time. This not a no cut or snag trimmer. It’s terrible, I used it one and never used it since. Honestly wish I read the reviews.

Never checked the reviews before purchasing and they are all correct. snags and cuts literally with the first trim.

Should delivery be completed between 3-5days.didn't get refund+i was ben ignored when i asked were is my item.never gonna buy anything and won't recommend.

I have recieved Multiple lacerations with the original trimmer, replacement blade, and replacement trimmer. The company is willing to send out as many replacement trimmers as you would like. However refuses to honour their original return policy where they cover return postage, as was their policy on my original purchase date.
