Balls 

This cut me on first touch..it's cheap it's extremely loud and it CUTS!!!! the adverts lie the folk all doing reviews onnutube for clout are lieing it's a very bad product now I emailed them on 1st try with it cutting and got a email back saying they would reply with no email over a month ... Wish I tried mangrove products now

These absolutely do make you bleed. Ignore the terrific marketing ploy. It’s cut my shaft, balls and even legs. It makes an absolute mess of the ball sack, dear God.

Really good on battery though.

What is the point in having a subscription for new blades and they never turn up. Ordered replacement blades at the start of June and was told 2-3 days, almost a month has gone and no shipping as of yet. Absolute shambles

Bought it and have not been impressed at all load of rubbish as has been stated below, delivery is the worst of all tbh I ordered a new blade hooding it would help, it’s meant to be sent in like 2 days 3 weeks later nothing email then said it would be a week or so joke of a company and product, buy something else

Bought this fab product for my fiancé , although we ended up returning it (I bought the wrong one for a gift) , the customer service was absolutely phenomenal! Super quick responses , amazingly helpful and just amazing all around ! If and when my fiancé’s current trimmer dies I will definitely be repurchasing this ! Such a fab experience 10/10 recommend !

Honestly an awful shaving experience! Always cuts my privates, so "sack safe technology" doesn't really stand up. Avoid at all costs if you value your balls!!!!!!

Paid £ 60 for the set and was charged for extra blade a few months later. Didnt know why youd need extra blades for an electric shaver. A few months later with all three blades broken I know why. The shave is ok but def not worth £ 20 a month.

I have never had a problem with any customer services with BALLS, I have had to contact BALLS and request both a new hair length trimmer attachment and a complete new trimmer and both times from the very 1st email and message I have had nothing but perfect Customer Service & Support. Something that is blatantly lacking in most British businesses of late. Unfortunately most businesses are happy to take your money and ignore you ever existed however this NOT the case at BALLS. They have shown how easy it is to look after their customers. The BALLS trimmer works as it should as per the recommended user guidelines which are provided and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about BALLS and their trimmer and customer services. Thank you

Absolutely terrible, wouldnt let my worst enemy shave thei balls with it. Constantly snagging on hair, battery doesnt last long enough for one cut. Money straight in the bin.

Absolutely terrible item, do not buy one. I've used it twice and been cut to pieces both times! I might as well throw it away as its not safe to use!

Bought it like 4 months ago, the full pack with spair blades etc. This thing sucks balls (no pun intended). You could literally take a Hedgehog and scrub your privates with it and it would be more safe than their so called SackSafe Blades. Dont get fooled by their ads campaign and the fake reviews. You will get cut.

Genuinely atrocious PLEASE DON'T BUY. If you are reading any 5 star reviews they must be being done by bots or people who are being paid to do so. It is genuinely the worst product I have ever used. Cuts you more than running a grater down your privates.

Absolutely rubbish product!

What a Horrendous experience.

Delivery took forever, even though they have a great system where they have a website that makes you think you are ordering locally (Or from neighboring Aus), the product still ships from the U.K, meaning delivery took about 24 days to arrive. They blamed this on 'covid' reasons, but really, if they were truthful about where it was being sent from, then I wouldn't have ordered it due to shipping times.

The product eventually arrived, I gave it a go for the first time, and within a minute there was nicking, cuts and blood everywhere. I use a straight razor and Safety razor on the rest of my body, so I am pretty adept at shaving, but this absolute garbage is akin to let Freddy Kreuger have a gander with your balls and penis. After contacting customer service, I was told shipping back is at my own cost to get a full refund on their "Nick Your Sack, Send It Back policy". To the U.K. What a load of rubbish from a semi-fraudulent company. Poor product, poor service, poor everything. You're better off buying a disposable razor and shaving against the grain while pouring rubbing alcohol on the area, that'll give you a better shave and be less painful than this rubbish. I highly suspect the 'ship it back' method is to discourage people trying to return this sub-par product.

Cuts you like any other razor just a gimmick, and haven't a clue how to cancel the subscription con either

do not buy! does not have any 'no cut technology', cut me badly during the very first use.

Awful. Ok for trimming bust as for the balls!!! Cuts them to to bits😫😫😫.
Joke of a product.

Used approximately three times and it has broken. Makes a rattling sound and will not cut.
Emailed and texted the company with no response. A cheap Remmington is better.

They scammed me, I ordered 2 months ago and they don't reply to my emails anymore
