I bought the cedar artificial trees, and when they arrived, they were half the size of the ones in the advert with different ground spikes....quality very very poor.

Item arrived but wasn't what I ordered, email address is bouncing back and their website crashes when you try to get into it.

Not a UK company. Ordered seeds at £6.99. After hidden add ons added, the cost rose to £15.41. They’ve been trundling around the USA at various stop offs for the best part of a week. Doubtful if they’ll ever arrive. Lesson learned, check reviews before ordering.

Bought what looked like lovely ,Harry Potter towels that I was going to give as a present .The rags that arrived where nothing like what was shown on the web page,
Cannot get a refund ,and impossible to deal with.
Do not use this site ,a scam is probably a kind word for this company

I bought the vintage flowered tea flask as a gift for a friend from a Facebook advert I then became really worried when after purchasing I discovered it’s an American company not a UK company as suggested on the advert. So then I read the reviews on here so immediately tried to cancel. That request was ignored and I didn’t get a response until after it had been dispatched. I assumed that was my money gone! I then received regular and frequent emails tracking it through customs in the USA and GB. I told my friend I had bought her a gift but I thought it might be a scam - but it arrived after 3 weeks and she says it’s lovely I’m not sure that she has used it yet so I can’t comment on how effective it is but the positives are It arrived and looks nice and sturdy!

I ordered 1 packet of seeds thinking it was a UK site and 3 arrived as it appears on my confirmation of order to have been duplicated in the way the website is set up complained to Paypal no help cost me over £36 as shipping is more than the cost of the item and they have offered ne £3 refund

Ordered seeds waited a month for delivery a small bag which was to contain over a 1000 seeds and cost over £20 including postage i could of purchased the same for a lot less in dobbies another con stay away from this company

Goods not recieved but advised as delivered. Tracking number is not recognised by post office which they are saying were the couriers.

Shocking customer service, wish I had read the reviews. After about 4 weeks the overpriced item arrived (sink drainer), no way worth what I paid for it, the quality is really poor. I asked to return it and got a rude email saying “our warehouse has checked, there is no quality issue”

As has been mentioned by many, the dog toy is NOT indestructible, the price you pay is different to the price advertised and they do NOT offer a refund for the damaged toy, just a meagre £2! This is not a trust worthy company, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM ELSEWHERE..

Placed order in UK for £20.03 but was charged £26.44 as customs charge was added. No mention of this when ordering. As soon as I noticed, which was approximately 60 minutes after placing order, I tried to cancel. Despite sending 6 emails to cancel order, it still arrived. Product for cutting and pruning garden plant, looks sturdy on demonstration but is lightweight and breaks when used on any branch greater than 1cm. Poor product and poor customer service. I should have read company reviews before ordering.

Shocking customer service… 2 months to deliver a swimming suit which is poor quality and doesn’t fit. Having a nightmare trying to get a refund… only communication is via a web portal and they won’t answer the question you ask. Don’t buy from them.

I’ve just ordered the saw, seeing the advertisement on facebook it appears to be UK. This company is a scam and I’ve been caught by their advertising several times now. First a dress, then shoes, a hat and now the saw. That’s it never again will I order anything advertised on Facebook. Be very aware these are scams.

I would advise people not to deal with this shady company at all but use a CC or PayPal as an extra tax charge was added after the order was placed. Which in my case was subsequently refunded. However the pruning saw I ordered does work well with the addition of oil on the blades.

Ordered a 3 piece swimsuit which looked cute in their adverts on Facebook. It was meant to be comprised of bra, briefs, and a kind of playsuit to go over the top. It arrived with raw, unfinished edges on the material of the playsuit, the briefs had a “waistband” which was literally 1” white elastic (i.e. the type of elastic that’s meant to be used UNDER material) and the bra part of it was so badly proportioned it genuinely couldn’t be called a bra. The sizes of all parts were NOWHERE near standard UK sizes they claimed to be. I am currently attempting a return. They’ve so far told me it would be prohibitively expensive for me to return the item and have told me they could give me compensation of £2, then revised offer of £4. I’m still holding out for a better offer. Buyer beware. This company’s products are AWFUL and their return policy is essentially a scam.

If I could use no stars I would DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you don’t get what they advertise and their customer service is unhelpful. You have been warned !!! I have a product that is sub standard to say the least and it’s too expensive to return it to China !!!

Communication doesn't exist

I find it hard to give this company a 1 star. DO NOT USE THEM! Dreadful customer service. The dress is too big plus the top layer of material is very different from the rest of the dress.
I have asked repeatedly for a refund and returns address/label. This company have refused each time, even with proof of photographs!
They are in my opinion scammers or fraudsters. They have caused untold distress.
