I haven't received a confirmation of my order and finding it impossible to contact them. I want my money back!

Like several others here, I ordered and paid for several felt bookmarks which hadn’t arrived more than two months later. I was constantly fobbed off with emails saying that they were dispatched, that the carrier hadn’t updated the tracking details and telling me to be patient. I asked for a refund several times until I informed them that I was going to report their ads to instagram and Facebook and I got my refund the following day. I was ready to post the order back to them if they ever arrived, but 4 months on there is no sign of it. Avoid this company at all costs.

More importantly, more was charged on my card than I'd agreed.

Ordered a bookmark in October as a little stocking filler. I was continually fobbed off with false tracking info. It finally arrived after Christmas and bears no resemblance to the images of the product I thought I was buying. Not fit for purpose, cheap and nasty. Avoid this outfit, I've learnt a lesson.

Stay away from this company and save yourself your money, stress and time. I purchased some bookmarks, which never arrived. Their eventually tracking information showed it had been delivered some 6-7 weeks after I ordered it. but when I told them that it had not been delivered, all I got was the run around, with their final solution for me to contact the carrier and negotiate a refund. When I explained that I did not contract with the carrier, but they did, so only they can deal with them, I got the same answer. Furthermore, when you contact them to log a complaint, they respond using Shiyel, which in itself is questionable. Whilst different people respond (names), the personal photograph (profile picture) stays the same, which smells of a potential scam.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a bookmark as a present not realising it was coming from America! I ordered it nearly 2 months ago and the company have continued to fob me off with false tracking details. I paid the extra for loss and every email i send, they reply with false tracking details. The latest saying it is being despatched from China!! So disappointed what a waste of money. Buyers beware.

Do not order from thus company. I ordered in October and, like others who have written a review, have still not received my order. 'Customer Service' just go round in circles!! I would not have ordered if I had known it was coming from USA.

Like so many other online shoppers, I'm the target of a scam. Paying for goods, getting charged extra (although they did refund me the extra £10.75 they took, I think only cause I threatened to cancel the order before it was supposedly shipped). I've been waiting over a month for my goods and although the logistics tracking appears to be genuine, I just know that i will never get my goods or money. So is it Bancroftngre we should be concerned about, well short answer is no, its a shell company operated by an other Company called Manner Trading Co Ltd. If you see this Company at the footer of any online store, avoid purchasing anything. Xujing Song & Yanbo Zhao are only after your money and through these shell Company's scamming is rife.....just look at all the reviews.....coincidence...I don't think so.Its a shame that Company's like Manner Trading Co Ltd can't be held accountable, but its they we seem to run our Country.

If anyone can tell me who to complain to at Facebook please let me know, as I believe it's ultimately their responsibility.
Use amazon etc . It cost a little more but you'll get your stuff

Similar experience to others. Product delivery tracking showed order originated in USA when we thought we were dealing with a U.K. stockist. When there was no delivery after 6 weeks opened communications with company but all you get is a ‘bot’ stuck in the loop of advising product is in transit. Finally we wrote the experience off as a scam but over two months after placing the order it was delivered. To be fair product was as described.

I ordered an item back in October and still not received it, contacting them is another issue. They say contact the seller, funnily enough it was them. I did get a reply saying it was still in transit which I already knew from the tracking. No further help so now I will go through the bank and try and get my money back. Seems they are not good at getting items to the customers. Also with it being a UK Web address I was surprised it was coming from America which I only found out once the item was "dispatched " otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a handwriting book for my daughter and firstly they over charged me from the amount that was originally stated and then the item said shipped and delivered but the item was never delivered. I have tried to contact the shipping company, the seller and Bancroftngre direct and they all refer me back to the other. No item ever received, no customer service and no refund. Absolute scam of a company!

It is now 5 weeks since ordering a simple gardening product. Queries have simply been referred to a logistics company with the usual poor excuses. I fear I have been the victim of a doubtful company and should be avoided.

Please do not purchase anything from this company. I have not received my order and they ignore my requests for a refund. I paid via PayPal so I have raised a dispute via them. The Company appears to have different trading names so I have realised too late that this is a genuine company. If I could give zero stars I would. Stick to shops and brands you know and avoid this company if it pops up on your social media.

Dreadful company. Have taken my money and no delivery. No answer to emails! Have now raised a dispute with PayPal to get my money back! Not sure why PayPal are supporting these guys though if they are a scam!

SCAM!!!!!!
I purchased 3 bookmarks on Oct 13th and still nothing has arrived!! They took more money than the total amount shown and then discovered it wasn't a UK company after all.
It supposedly started it's journey in Sioux Falls in the US and the last I heard of it, it was in Lincoln UK on Nov 10th. I have communicated with "customer services".....yeah right oh?? Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a full refund yesterday!!
Whatever you do, don't buy from this so called company!!

My order still hasn't arrived and I expect it never will! Supposedly been in Cardiff for weeks. It was never stated that it was coming from US Avoid at all costs

Im having the same experience as others. I ordered over a month ago and still has not arrived. Apparently stuck in Ireland for the last 17 days
