I order 2 pf these and after less than 1 week, the frame cracked. I emailed them about how disappointed I was and asked for a refund. All I am getting are "time wasting" responses.

The item i ordered was lost in transit, i was told to contact the delivery company who told me to contact the supplier who then offered me less than half of what the product cost !
Wished i had read the reviews first. Not a company to purchase from.

If I could put no stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Similar to other reviews on here, item I ordered has gone missing in transit. I’m stuck going round and round with an automated chatbot. Offering me a £2 refund as they charging me for the missing item and postage! DO NOT USE! Update… I got a full refund. After not accepting their appalling offer of a £2 refund I persisted in contacting them everyday. I copied and pasted a paragraph of the consumers act on 2/3 occasions and they finally sent me the refund! I think they will try to fob people off but if you’re persistent and challenge them enough you can win with this disgusting company!

Ordered after clicking a link on Instagram as another reviewer did and ordered this toy. Firstly they took more money from my account than the order email said. They did refund the difference.
Toy arrived and within 15 minutes it was ruined. Complete waste of £12.74. Childrens teddies have lasted longer!
Having now read the reviews I don't hold out much hope receiving my money back.

I bought 3 “indestructible” dog toys that were destroyed within minutes. A plastic squeak mechanism fell out of each one which could have been fatal.
DANGEROUS! Not recommended. Especially as they don’t maintain their promise and only offer £2 compensation rather than a full refund.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order for two swimsuits that took FOUR months to arrive!!! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had read the reviews first before making a purchase with them. I purchased 2 (cost £25.16) of what they said was an indestructible dog toy but my dog had destroyed them within minutes after I gave them to him. They offered me £2 in compensation which I refused. Luckily I paid for them through PayPal.

They don’t stand by their claims of a replacement product once dog has destroyed the “indestructible” dog toy! At least we received ours in the first place. Customer service automated replies are a pain and offer of compensation of £3 was hilarious. Avoid this company. I clicked on an advert for an indestructible dog toy via instagram which in hindsight I shouldn’t have done.
Company should be shut down after reading all these reviews.

Total SCAMMERS..if you see this name anywhere do not part with any money.. No Goods received and just automated replies that has nothing to to with enquirie. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a Magnetic dress up doll . The size shown on the FB advertisement was completely different to the item I received.
My emails received stated it was coming from USA . The item was sent to me from Southall Middlesex. I returned the item to southall requesting a refund . I was then offered £1 and told to return the item to China . Disgusting customer service . I have now lodged a claim against this company with PayPal

Seems I have had the same experience as many others... long wait time for product and absolutely terribly quality when received. Offered a £1 refund for £16 spent. They refuse to arrange a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Do not under any circumstances order anything from this company. Goods are extremely poor quality, and when you attempt to contact them for a return and refund, is a Which offers £1 compensation and refuses to provide an address to return the goods to. If you have been unfortunate enough to purchase anything from this company on your credit card, contact your credit card company for a charge back.

Absolutely disgusted indestructible dog toy lasted 30 minutes took nearly 2 months to get here and was then offered £2.00 compensation DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

RUBBISH PRODUCT AND THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR PROMISE OF “If they rip it, we replace it” said if we wanted to send it back at our own expense we could, to their warehouse in China. When we were querying the long delivery time, we were told it was coming from a warehouse in America.

Ordered 3 ‘indestructible’ toys for heavy chewers! Disappointed to say it lasted less than 20 mins.

Very dangerous as there’s a plastic bag inside which my dog started to pull out! Could have been fatal!

Definitely does not live up to the standard advertised!

Don’t waste your money.

Biggest Scam in the World and I fell for it. From an Ad on Facebook feed, I ordered some trendy looking Reading Glasses (about £15).
I did not realise they were coming from the States if that is even true, because the tracking updates I received could be false as well just to stall for time. Anyhow during the wait I ordered a cheap pair through Temu for 2.38p to have as a spare.
Guess what. The £15 glasses sent from the USA (?) are nothing like the ones I ordered and are exactly the same as the ones from Temu (China) £2.38.

The pruning saw finally arrived.
As expected after eventually reading all the 1 star reviews it is actually worse than useless.
This company is a scam company.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING.

Bought three pairs of these glasses in the different colours, and hugely dissatisfied. First of all they are like kids sunglasses frame, which two pairs had lenses fallen out. Secondly taking the guidance of strength was a mistake as I couldn’t see a thing out of them at all. As far as being able to help with both reading and distance then they didn’t work at all and not fit for purpose. Contacting their customer service they offered compensation of £2, and after photos being sent they did not want to consult any further saying they left the warehouse intact! Very poor, don’t purchase as you will be disappointed ☹️

So, after reading the 1 star reviews on here I didn't really expect to receive my order but it came yesterday after waiting a couple of weeks. I had ordered one of those supposedly really powerful manual single blade saws that cuts through wood like a hot knife would cut through butter. Im sorry, its just a piece of crap, too bendy and hardly made a dent in my very small branch I attempted to cut. No idea if this was a rip off version of something real that actually does do the job but its no good for me. Wont be ordering again.
