Do not order ftom this company, it is a scam. Despite the UK Internet address my order was apparently coming from US. It has taken a month and has now been in Oxford for a week. But the company cannot verify my order number, and the shipping company cannot verify the shipping number. Sadly I fear my rider will not arrive.

Con artists - don't use
This is a scam company. They took more money than I agreed to. The item never arrived. As others said, you raise a dispute to no response and go round in circles. It looks legit with the tracking details for shipping with 24service.vip. but that's another scam...it suggests your item is coming but it doesn't. You can't contact shipping either. I bought thus via a Facebook advert....be very wary of Facebook adverts as they don't check if legitimate companies.

Ordered 2 items in September and they have never arrived - chaser emails to Bancroft have not provided a satisfactory response. When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact the seller - but that of course is them. Still no proper response from them and no refund

Deceitful company. Took payment in excess of my order total. I noticed straight away and requested to cancel the order and have refund. Customer service is online/auto response. I have requested this refund 11 times now.
