Total scam! I bought my item in november and was told to wait 30 days for delivery. After 30 days I got an email saying the same thing as others received - i now have to wait 3 months for the investigation. STILL NOT RECEIVED A PRODUCT. I requested a refund multiple times with no response. I will be opening a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. Please learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere!!!! UPDATE, FEB 21st and no further contact from them regarding my refund or ordered item, plus they are no longer responding to my emails.

Scam Company - No product delivered in over 10 weeks & no response to 30 requests for a refund. They will try & flag any negative review. Stick with it & when asked by Trustpilot to prove purchase, just email them a copy of your invoice. These people must NOT be allowed to get away with it, or intimidate scammed customers from highlighting a WARNING to others.

Do not trust this company. My bottle of Armani si perfume has not arrived as promised.

I got flagged by these ' traders ' so had to change the heading.

Like all others here I fell for this scam, ordered perfume, £100 worth in November, told delivery was by 23/12, not delivered, asked for tracking details, got the standard 'wait a further 3 month' email response ( all others got ) on Xmas day ! who works on that day in the EU ?. Have now ' disputed ' the transaction with my card provider so should get my money back BUT these guys need stopped & prosecuted pronto style.

BTW, if you wait a further 3 months you will be time barred from getting a refund from your card

For anybody interested, my previous heading contained words from dictionary definition of scam & scammers but they took exception to that but not apparently to the use of ' scam or scammers ' judging by all the " scammer " posts still live on this site!!!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company. I have lost over £100. No order has been received. Nobody is responding to my enquiries.

I ordered Chanel no 5 a month ago still no arrived they said to wait 39 days I’ve waited 6 weeks now they say they are putting a claim in to the mail service and will take 3 months so I must be patient! I’ve now asked for a refund and after several emails they have still not replied. This company are a thieving bunch of scammers do not buy anything from them!!!!!

It seems that many were harmed by this company, I also bought a perfume and didn't receive it, I also sent emails and they simply asked me not to contact them again in the next 03 months, that is, BLOW.

Ordered a 200ml bottle of Bleu de Chanel for my sons Xmas pressie back in November, still not arrived. Contacted them and was told all delivery’s take 30 days, what delivery’s Ever take 30 days? Messaged back and asked them to supply tracking details. Then again asking for a refund. They haven’t responded to any of my other messages. Gotta be a complete scam even though the whole website seems real. Don’t buy from this site !!!!!

UPDATE*** after placing my review and messaging Beauty traders informing them of my negative review and requesting yet again the couriers details and/or a refund I receive another email stating a claim had been opened with the postal service and this would take 3 months and not to contact them until after that period. AGAIN what company takes 3 months to respond🤬 SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ORDERED A BOTTLE OF CHANEL ALLURE FOR MEN OVER A MONTH AGO. NO SIGN OF IT AND NO RESPONSE TO ALL MY EMAILS. I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS FURTHER AND POST ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. I WORK FOR A NEWSPAPER. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM AND POLICE SHOULD BE INVOLVED. I ADVISE ALERTING ACTION FRAUD - THE BRITISH POLICE INVESTIGATION SERVICE

I have now been offered the three month investigation they have made. It is not acceptable to wait THREE months and very suspect that so many customers have had the same thing happen. Royal Mail is not unreliable. I do not trust this company. I have alerted Action Fraud.

I placed an order with Beauty Traders on 14th November 2021.. Delivery was suppose to be between 3/12/21- 15/12/21 after not receiving my order contacted them.
Below is response from Beauty Traders..
We have arranged a claim to be placed with the postal service in order
to find the whereabouts of your package. The procedure takes up to three
months so please allow this time before contacting us again. After
having more information, we will get back to you with an update.

Thank you for understating and apologies for any inconveniences caused.
They are telling me to wait up to 3 months... Seller trying to dictate their Customer... Also I got some Bulgarian friends and they think this looks like SCAM.. If I get response I will update here as I have requested my refund.

Within an hour of purchasing I requested a refund. No response to emails. I wrote a poor review here on (trust pilot). They gave me a refund in the same email threatened me with libel if I didn’t remove it.

They flagged my review but I sent a copy of my invoice to trustpilot who have now verified the purchase.

They are telling ppl to wait 3 months, don’t wait. Contact your back and claim a charge back. If you wait 3 months there’s very little chance you’ll get your money back!!!!

These people need closing down!!!

doesn't even deserve one. sent wrong perfume. didn't refund or even respond to emails. the worst customer service ever. avoid scam😒😒

SCAM - ordered perfume in July. Never received it. Fake tracking number. They are writing their own reviews and deleting genuine negative reviews. I got my money back by using the charge back scheme which was really easy and I urge you all to do the same!
This is one of several reviews I have written that gets deleted each time.
