Ordered an item on 27/07 advised would be delivered by 27/08, not received, telephone number no longer in operation, no response to emails, looks like a scam. I have been refunded by my bank who are investigating. I have email trail and invoice if required as previous review was removed, I have flagged previous reviews on here that are 5* as it looks to the untrained eye that perhaps they are written by the company themselves! AVOID

For my skin like everyone i guess i am picky. This company satisfiying.

I never recieved my goods or any reply from customer service. I'm reporting this company as fraudulent and I hope they're tracked down by the police. I've realised now, they take peoples money and never send the goods or any proof with tracking.
I hope they go to prison for fraud.

Really bad never received my bottle of aftershave very disappointed after paying £75 emailed several times do NOT trust this company it's all a SCAM

Product never arrived, no proper mechanism of tracking order (links provided in emails are dead links), no method of contacting the company directly without using social media.

For the second time via Trustpilot I have provided this 'company' with my order number. Ultimately just want my money back, but not holding my breath.

Got my money back via my banks "Chargeback Scheme" Google it to see how it works. Placed an order at the beginning of July. Never received it obviously, as it's all a scam. Filled out the chargeback scheme form online on 15th September. Got my money on the 23rd of September. Do not let these scammers take your hard earned money.

after purchasing some aftershave 2 months ago!!! My item still has not come. I have emailed, which has been ignored. DO NOT BUY THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

I’ve ordered an Item in August and I didn’t receive any reply and any tracking information.
I’ve tried to contact the email address of the helpdesk but without receiving any response.
The website beautytraders.org from which I’ve bought the item and that appeared in the section “Shopping” in my google search it’s not accessible anymore.
Don’t buy from this website!

Sent me the wrong product and refuse to refund me without sending the product back to them which is illegal.

Some of the other reviews here mention fake products, my review got taken down because I said the same.

Go elsewhere. I recommend MyOrigines.

I order 70 quids worth of stuff and what came was a fake!! I have written 8 times, they have now changed name and are duping everyone with either fake items or non delivery .... very angry!! ORDER #1092

This website is fake and they have closed it down and opened a new one "beauty supplies" - beware, its a scam and it's been referred to the fraud department by my credit card company! You will not receive the goods.
