A horrible company to deal with. Given the global freight situation, importers rely on relationships with great forwarders. Unfortunately Beckchoice were uncommunicative and when we hit a snag with a shipment, they cancelled delivery instead of discussing sensible options with us. This resulted in weeks, and thousands of pounds in demurrage, trying to get back control of the containers.
No apologies, just conceited and rude emails from the MD ‘Ray’ blaming and attacking us whilst attempting to belittle our business in the process which was all very distressing.
Avoid at all costs and use Cargo Overseas or Fenix, night and day!!

What a fiasco! I didn’t receive the extortionate invoice for “post landing costs” until the Friday before collection and paid it same day. The collection note I received on Saturday stated that collection would be available on Monday and the “rent starts” field was blank. I phoned the warehouse number provided first thing in the morning and they advised that all their collection slots were full for the day so booked me in for the next available slot at 12:30pm today (no mention of rent charges). Upon arrival they had no record of it and the whole afternoon was spent backwards and forwards trying to sort it out. The goods were finally loaded at around 3:15pm after I had to pay another extortionate charge for rent that was never quoted for. Avoid at all costs!
