After 10 days waiting

After 10 dayswaiting, I never received the Duvets. When I chased it with Slumberdown I found out the courier (Yodel) had not attempted to deliver them, but returned them to Slumberdown instead. Neither company thought to notify me. I’m now having to chase a refund with no resolution in sight.

Great service

Ordered on a friday, was dispatched for delivery saturday 14.00hrs by Yodel. Unfortunately Yodel driver said he had a problem and couldn't deliver, it actually arrived on tuesday. Great service by the company, poor from yodel. Also lovely duvet xx

Love my 'Wonderful Wool' duvet

I purchased 'Wonderful Wool' lightweight double duvet and two pillows via their Ebay listing. Great value, and a better deal than a their main website. The duvet is sumptuous - not flat like a blanket (unlike my expensive purchase from the Woolroom). Comfy firm-ish pillows. Warm.. I'm using it in March-April, in my old brick terrace house, and I reckon it's the ideal weight even into winter. Delivered within a few days.

Stand by British manufacturers

we have so very few British manufacturers left, but I always try to buy from them rather than those that have out sourced their production to China. I bought their all weather 2 in 1 duvet, the only downside is there are not enough poppers to keep both duvets in place, so be prepared to spend the night sewing extra poppers😂, but a small price to pay for quality British made product

Lightweight duvet that’s actually light weight.

I ordered a single light weight woollen duvet. The ordering process was simple and the duvet arrived very quickly. It is good quality and I’m relieved to report that it is indeed light weight. It’s too thin for this time of year (March) so I’m looking forward to using it when the weather warms up.

Don’t expect any help if something goes wrong

Avoid this company. Slumberdown sent me the wrong item and then completely failed to deal with it. It has now been 2 weeks and despite sending 4 emails and completing their online contact forms, I still have no response and no resolution.

Sending the wrong item is one thing — mistakes happen. But ignoring a customer for two weeks when it is your error is frankly disgraceful. Their customer service is either non-existent or they simply do not care once they have your money.

I have wasted far too much time chasing this and have been met with silence. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere unless you are happy to risk being left on your own if something goes wrong.
