Do Not Use This Company

I thought I was booking a room at the Wawona Hotel in Yosemite that had a private bath. The rate was high - about $350 per night, but I figured that was the going rate for a room with an en-suite bath. So I booked it. When my confirmation came back - after giving my credit card - it showed only a room - no bath.

Then I checked the Wawona directly and saw that their rates were around $150 per night for a room with no bath. (I wanted a bath, but there were no rooms available that had one).

So this company was charging me MORE THAN DOUBLE the going rate.

When I tried to cancel my reservation online, I saw there was no option to cancel a reservation. I was forced to call them. That’s when I realized that they are outside the United States. So I had to make an international call to cancel my outrageously overpriced reservation. And then to add insult to injury, they charged me $50 to cancel. I had only made the reservation 10 minutes earlier.

I will NEVER use this company again and urge you all to do likewise.

On the plus side, the gentleman that took my call was nice and professional.

Hotel food is extreemly bad

Hotel food is extreemly bad. Although resevation was half board..but during breakfast and dinner any drink non alcholic including water is at extra charge.

BEDFINDER F***ING TRASH

F*** bedfinder don’t ever buy anything from this third party their call center is one of the f***ing worst, i had to cancel my trip because of UNDISCLOSED INFORMATION that kept me from being able to check into my hotel so i tried to cancel my trips 4 f***ing months in advance and they would only give me 30% of my money back. never again will i use this messed up scam of a website and i can’t wait to see you guys in consumers court.

I tried to cancel my booking after 3…

I tried to cancel my booking after 3 minute I did it and they told me watevwr was my reason there was a penalty of Euro 50. Ticket was Euro 90.
THIS ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLY BAD. I WISH THIS WEBSITE CLOSE ASAP!!!

The vacation package was just want I hoped for

The return flight was delayed by 2hrs which added additional inconvenience. Otherwise, the vacation package was well worth the money.

I booked into a nice apartment via…

I booked into a nice apartment via Google which was confirmed. As agent they booked me into a completely different hotel of a similar name. They blamed Google, cancelled the booking but I have not been refunded even though they accepted this was not my fault. Bad communications though they said I will be refunded I haven't been.

bad customer service

Got charged twice and customer service still hasn’t gotten back to my ticket about the issue and it’s been over 24 hours.

I don’t like the hotel

I don’t like the hotel, nobody take care about the guest, I asked the reception girl on building B,(she was Asian woman) to help me with printing my ticket but she didn't help and she had bad attitude، and many more bad things in that hotel (Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview.) I had bad experience with this hotel

I'm not one to complete online reviews

I'm not one to complete online reviews, I must say I was a bit worried after reading the bad reviews. As well as the one's saying the site wasn't legit. I decided to take my chances as this was the only one that had a bed at the hotel my child wanted for his birthday. We checked in today with no issues and our room even came with some extras. This helped us give a wonderful birthday I will use this site again.

Read the cancellation policy

Read the cancellation policy. I had to cancel due to an unforeseen work commitment. It is still over a month before my holiday was due to begin, but a 70% cancellation fee applies upon deposit. Caveat emptor
