everything sound great i book for 2 nights and 3 days the booking was wrong i called and they wore not able to fix it . i had find another hotel and still waiting for you guys to cancel with no charges

Total scam company, they have one price advertised then in final checkout the price trippled. Very unhappy customer, never again. Also will not help amend the problem.

Shocking experience
Shocking experience, cancelled my hotel booking 2 days prior to my flight to Dubai. The pending transaction was due to be refunded and was then debited from my account whilst customer service told me it was an issue to take up with the bank rather than them. Will never use again.

Transferring details to the hotel
It’s easy to book. Just like any other booking site but there’s a note that you don’t see until after you book “hotel may not receive your personal details until a week to 72 hours before your stay”. What does that even mean? I can’t confirm with the hotel to make sure my booking went through?

Your room is reserved and confirmed with the hotel, we should just allow them a few days until they add your personal data. Since we make reservations through our hotel suppliers, sometimes it happens immediately, sometimes it takes a little longer.

Lowest price
I found Bedfinder to be the lowest price amongst all websites. The only critic I have is that pictures of the hotel rooms are not viewed online. If ever there is a picture .. it is minimal. Now I hope its not the hotel not giving the room picture but I think Bedfinder should get more of this. Thank you

Way too high taxes and bad cancellation policy.
It was easy to use to book. However the taxes charged were extremely high. I was charged $71 in taxes for a room that cost $380. They do not offer the option to cancel your resevation right away without charging $50! Most other places give you up to 24 hours after booking to change your mind in case of errors. I would not use this site again.

As we secure the best rates possible, all our bookings are pre-paid hotel reservations. Full payment is made at the time of booking in order to secure and guarantee your reservation. Handling fees and cancellation conditions are displayed during the booking flow and are also detailed on the confirmation email. We are obliged to pay for accommodation to our suppliers (hence the great rates), and we are afraid that has to reflect on our cancellation procedures.

Seasoned traveler gets swindled...
Please save yourself. AVOID BOOKING WITH BEDFINDER.
I am an avid traveler who decided to send her parents on an anniversary vacation. “Vacation packages” were recommended to me by a friend and I found Bedfinder through TripAdvisor and they seemed decent enough, so I booked with them.
Please note, I am very experienced at booking trips on my own, without third party sites.... the package deal seemed attractive because I’d have to do less planning. OR SO I THOUGHT.
In the fine print, they state that any cancellation results in a fine of 70% of the booking - no matter how far in advance you cancel. That is a forfeiture of hundreds of dollars, and a refund of only 30% of what you paid.... NO MATTER how far in advance you try to cancel. For me, it was 30 minutes after hitting confirm!!
I realized the minute I pressed ‘confirm’ that the airport they were sending my parents to was in Miami... 4 hours drive away from the actual destination where the hotel was booked in Key West. In the SAME BOOKING they booked flights 4 hours away from the hotel!!! I tried fixing this atrocity over the phone - they’d have to charge me the full price of brand new tickets to the actual destination because that was the “best they could do”, and I’d forfeit the original tickets. I asked if I could cancel the booking because this was too much of a head ache. The man on the phone was quick to tell me the cancellation policy - after barely 30 minutes of booking this huge expensive package, I would only be getting 30% of the original price back. For cancelling a bogus planned trip that was sending me 4 hours away from my intended destination. If this sounds like a rip-off, it’s because it is.
It’s cheaper to book everything separately on your own.... you’re paying extra to a company that’s not even good at what they do. Avoid!!!!! Please avoid!!!!!
