Their site can be misleading and then when you ask about it via email. The hotel is suddenly unavailable at all then, shows up with double prices. Customer service tries to work with you unsuccessfully. Their cancellation policy is unexceptionable even when I tried to cancel just a couple of hours after I booked it because my itinerary came to my email different than what I had booked and then it disappears from the site when you ask.

I did not receive my booking confirmation via email yet, and I did it yesterday. I don't think it's a good idea to ask for feedback before completing the process. Isn't it?? For the rest, it's okay.

The booking have been cancelled by you but the payment still is registered in my credit card.
this attitude is extremely wrong because you accept the reservation, then ask for authorization of the credit card and then cancel it, causing serious damage because you block my card for another purchase and make me lose this offer on another website. I request that you promptly cancel the request for authorization of my credit card otherwise I will take legal action against you as well as leave evidence of this situation in all social networks

Beware of Bedfinder
Booked package and attempted to cancel 14 hours later. Was told that 70% of charge needs to be paid. Am now dealing with credit card company to erase charge. Stay away from Bedfinder. Crooks with heavy foreign accents.

Thank you for your review. We totally understand your frustration about the high amount of cancellation fees that we had to charge after you had to cancel this booking. We have reserved and paid your trip at the time of the booking, and therefore our cancellation policy already applies immediately, which information is displayed on the booking form and the confirmation letter. It is displayed in our Terms & Conditions as well. We are obliged to pay for the air fares and accommodation to our suppliers (hence the great rates), and we are afraid that has to reflect in our cancellation procedures.

An experience to avoid
Much to my dismay, booking with bedfinder was a bad experience. First, the hotel could not find the booking and had to connect with bedfinder to figure out what was going on. That process took more than one hour. Second, bedfinder charged me more than what the hotel would have had I gone through the hotel directly for the booking. Not the best way to do business. I'm afraid I won't be using bedfinder again.

Great rate for the Holiday Inn but for some reason, your system couldn't process my IHG Holiday Inn credit card so I lost the points on that. I had to use another card.
