Maybe keep looking but I personally wouldn’t try this site.
So I initially booked my trip Friday 5/17 and in stead of receiving a confirmation I received an email stating there was an error and to call immediately. So I call and was informed the flight I chose was completely booked ( then why was I able to book the trip) but he couldn’t tell if it was my departing or arriving flight so he asked if I could change both, I agreed if there wasn’t going to be much difference. So he tried a couple flights and was encountering an error on his end so stated he would need to send everything to another team to help and they would call me back, so as of right now my trip was booked I just don’t have a flight.?!? So I didn’t receive a call that day or the next but I did get 2 very confusing emails (it looked like they booked the same trip multiple times)on 5/19 and 1 that I wasn’t able to see all the way. I call because of the confusion, speak to another gentlemen and was told that the flight is available and I’m booked on the flight I originally chose, so wait now I’m really confused, so at first the flight was full but now it’s available? Did seats just magically open up? So he stated the information is going to be in the last email I received. I hang up and return to the email I’m unable to view it but I’m running late for an engagement an will have to check it after. That night I returned to the email again and notice there is a hyperlink at the top of the page for when someone is unable to view the email, I click the hyperlink and I’m directed to SOMEONE ELSE’s information and trip. I should under no circumstances be able to see someone else’s information or trip. So today 5/20 I call because I’m thinking if I have they’re information it’s possible someone else has my information. I call and speak to a woman today whom did not seem concerned that I could see someone else stuff but that she would resend the email in hopes that I would just be able to view the original email this time. I asked if my information was safe, she stated this was one time thing and my information was not sent to anyone else (Hard to believe) So far I’m very disappointed and it shouldn’t be this complicated initially booking a trip. I feel extremely anxious about my flights and the fact that I received someone else’s trip info. I would totally cancel if they didn’t charge a 70% fee because this has not been a good experience but I definitely know not to return.

So far, so good
So far, (we have not taken the trip yet), the customer service 24/7 is excellent. The price is lower as a package than using my Hilton Honors Points and my Frontier Miles. Much less. Satisfied with the price, the resorts are their own business. Phone rep went out of his way to help with my questions.

Recommended by a friend. It is good that the website shows price calendar to view which would benefit to the ones who wants to play around timing vs. budget! I Had to open a new page to compare different hotels price. Would have been better to use the same page (unless I missed the trick!). Will use bedfinder again and will recommend to friends. :)

I wouldn't refer anyone to use this company. They are horrible. They charged me an extra $200 to edit my flight and room. In reality when i changed my flight my room should've changed too L.When you originally book your trip everything is matching to make sense. And when you try to modify you flight it's not an additional $160 it's like $70 depending on the time and airline. They charged me an additional $160 plus $45 for the hotel. They had me down for a flight for 3 days and a hotel for 2 days, didn't even make sense. Even though everything was resolved i think they cheated me out my money.

If I could you give bed finder zero…
If I could you give bed finder zero stars I would. I booked a hotel room for 5 nights in Thailand and they booked me into a completely different and inferior hotel by accident and all they could do was apologize and tell me to request a refund from the hotel. The hotel of course was not helpful and I ended up paying 1200 baht per night for a hotel room that normally retails at 550 baht per night. Bedfinder and the hotel were equally unhelpful. NEVER book with them.

The pictures were completely different…
The pictures were completely different then the actual hotel. The place was dirty and terrible customer service due to a party going on next door. It continued until 2:30 and they told the party who called and complained. There was profanities yelled through the door and the hotel never checked again to see if the group had quieted down. The locked door was so thin between the rooms that I then got to listen to them having sex afterward. I would never stay with this hotel again. They said they weren’t able to do anything because I booked through a 3rd party. Very dissatisfied!!

Wrong # of beds
I searched Trivago for a hotel with 2 queen or double beds - result for best price was bed finder. Problem was that the confirmation read “DOUBLE, queen bed” but the hotel interpreted as A queen bed. ONE. I like my buddy I traveled with but not that much!
