Had a four hour delay with Bedfinder
Had a four hour delay with Frontier on our flight to Vegas. Frontier is probably the worst airline I have ever been on. The seats are the worst and the delay was completely communicated wrong period. The hotel was average not a fan of sneaky resort fees.the fees should be in the total when booked. Las Vegas is a good quick getaway from the daily grind. I just think all the bright colors can give you a headache after 3 days or more.

working the site was very easy. My problems came in trying to pay! My bank decided the site wasn't secure so didn't authorise the payment.
I had to phone them to assure them I had booked the trip.
Can you do anything to stop the bank worrying on my behalf?

This company is located outside the USA. You will be charged money transfer charges for transfer!
We booked a room, based on a photo location in the Kissimmee, Orlando area and then a day later we realized it was incorrect location and needed a closer location. Spoke with rep who said they REFUSED to refund it because it was now less than 7 days, albeit not as described. We advised them we would have bank remove the charge/contest it, also asked for their manager. Rep came back after talking with the supervisor saying they would refund all but $20 service charge, which they did about 30 days later after we contested the charge with the bank. WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Warning to all!

Wrong date booked met with zero help
I made a mistake on the date I booked, and the policy of cancelation with zero refund begins two days after the booking occurs. After trying to solve the issue by changing the booking from the 19th to the 20th I was told there was nothing that could be done even though rooms were available still. Leaving me with no hotel, but a hotel bill.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company! Just paid for a 5* all inclusive hotel (which was obviously considerably more expensive than a nearby 4*) to then receive a confirmation email with the details of the 4* hotel. I presumed this was an administrative error & called immediately. I was informed that providing the Trivago email displayed the correct information it would simply be a systems glitch. Despite having the Trivago email I have just received an email to advise they can’t honour this booking- they can offer 4 people on a b&b capacity which is obviously farcical as we had booked for 5 people on an all inclusive basis!! Best they can offer is the 4* although there is no mention of refunding the difference in the amount we have paid! I honestly don’t think they would even have alerted us to trying to pass off a different hotel fir the price had we not checked addresses!

I had a nightmare of an experience
I had a nightmare of an experience. I tried to book a hotel in New Haven through this service. During the process, I was notified the reservation did not go through. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged anyway. To make matters even more absurd, I subsequently booked directly through the hotel at a lower price than the service quoted.

Easy and honest up front of cost
Nightmare in Negril
Where do I start. We booked a vacation through bedfinder in Negril Jamaica. After 9 hours of travel we finally arrived at our hotel only to be told that the hotel was full! The hotel says they told bedfinder about this but nobody ever contacted us. We spent the next 4 hours sitting in the lobby on the phone with bedfinder. We finally had to pay to stay at some random hotel across the street from where we were “supposed” to stay. This completely ruined our anniversary. I have still not heard back from bedfinder. Please contact me to resolve this please.
