The benks armored air.

The case itself is a awsomendesign and a great fit. But i ave some issues.
1)Tempered glass screen there isnt any spare. So first one on the corner isnt sticking down, due to my placement and removing replacing. Wish it was in a prooer placement holder like spiegen or tocol do. For the price it would add a star.
2) mag save with my magsafe stang is great but with my wireless charger its weakes out of my three cases and not sure if id trust it on my car magsafe.
3) wish front screen sides had cutout for fingerprint scanner.
Dont get me wrong i have spare tocol screen temoered glass that would fit misus black border. So issue one not bad. No cutout on both cas3 sides just meant pressing harder with a little placement thought. Only the iscbleade case does it perfectly with no thought fingerprint needed. Leaving a feeling of wow everyphone should do fingerprint in power button. You dont quite feel that way wi5h benks armor air.
On a positive not the actual case is exelent its super thin, gripy and fits near perfect. I just cant give it 5 stars cause of those issues but highly recomend it it its thin you need. Defo room for improvment but great try.

The product is defective

The product is defective. The phone moved in the case. They asked for proof and admitted that it was defective. They wanted to give me a 30% coupon. The customer service is bad. Buy PITAKA brand.

Top corner of case peeling after installation

I bought an ArmorAir case from BENKS and was very disappointed after 1 day of use.

I followed its specific instructions to slide the phone from the volume buttons side into the case. Regardless, the top left corner was very tight, and started peeling after the installation.

So without even using the phone with the case, its poor quality showed. Its thin design and material can’t even handle installation of the phone.

I contacted BENKS customer service, only to be told no exchange or refund. The case was sent in a “good” condition and the peeling occurred after delivery.

If you want a produce that you can trust and a company that is honest and backs its products, BENKs isn’t it. Look for other minimalistic cases if you’re into this style of cases.

Honestly the best case I have used I have had all 7 folds to date most are to big makes the phone not fit well in the hand This case makes it feel perfect you can not tell the difference between a bear phone our with this beautiful case on highly recommended for all folds

Customer Service Is first class reply with 24 hours amazing work guys and girls look forward to buying the fold 8 case in July

I ordered a Benks ArmorPro case for my iPhone 17 Pro and it turned out to be a bit loose. I contacted the customer care via email and informed them about the issue. They immediately sent me another unit. That's some great service.

I ordered two cases

I ordered two cases - one for IPhone 17 Pro, another one for IPhone 17 ProMax. Great quality product, feels really premium. And I had a very good experience dealing with the customer service.
Highly recommend!

Horrible experience and even a more horrible customer service. I ordered a case 2 weeks ago. They said they had an issue in delivery. Emailed them twice to no avail. The delivery supplier doesn't have any way to contact them. This is truely medieval service levels

This Benks case for iPhone is absolutely fantastic. The materials feel premium, the fit is perfect, and it offers great protection without adding bulk. It also looks very sleek and well-designed.

My unit had a small defect, but I have to say the customer support was outstanding. They replied very quickly and immediately offered to ship a replacement without any hassle.

Great product and excellent customer service — I would definitely recommend Benks and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Rectified my Problems quickly and Efficiently

I recieved a product with a minor defect and reached out to benks for a resolution. The support team immediately responded and provided a solution to my issue which I was completely satisfied with. Support was polite and helpful.

They mailed out a replacement within 24 hours of my contact. The replacement was in line with the quality I have come to expect from benks cases over the years. Super happy with everything! Highly recommend benks phone cases!!

Ordered Grand Combo Aurora Armor Air case for Fold 7. Great quality and very good customer service. I had some issue with one of the covers and they immediately agreed to replace it. I am a repeat buyer.

Finally received product

After a lot of communicating with the customer service department, I am happy to say that I received the product that I ordered. Two things that I find to be negative are there is no phone number to contact customer service. The end delivery people are the ones who stole my product the first time. I don't believe that the company would ship an empty box. I'm glad to have received my product, but would be hesitant to order here again, even though things turned out alright. Good luck.

Great quality an durability

Great quality an durability, I have had benks cases for several iPhones and they are great, the fit and the looks are perfect, maybe not the ultimate protección, but if you are careful with your phone, the Kevlar cases are more the enough.
Would recommend.
Ah, and costumer service it’s A+ 👌🏻

Excellent Case & Excellent Customer Service

Not only is the front/back combo case and the magnetic grip for my zfold7 awesome, so was customer service.

I had an issue with the front piece of the case and in less than 24 hours, I had a response, and shortly after that, an apology and info regarding them shipping out a new piece.

I see a lot of complaints here, but I have had 0 issues. On top of everything else, this phone grip works with my magsafe car mount. The other brand not only was cumbersome, but was super inconvenient and didn't work with the car mount.
