Great accessories

I have bought several accessories for my iPhone, an armor pro case 600D and a glasswarrior screen protector and a lens camera protector and all are very good quality and the packaging was great as well the pricing! Very satisfied customer I have bought recently an armor pro case 600D for my new iPhone 16! I strongly recommend this company it has great products!

Pretty Good quality and grip

Happy with the quality and grip of the case in the first place. After a few months I noticed some wear on the corners which seemed weird, talked to their support dept. Which was very responsive, and in a few days, as a conclusion I received a replacement.

Overall satisfied with the product and company.

After several purchases on the website, I can say with confidence that I trust Benks, both for the products (they often offer coupons and the products in general are reasonably priced), and for the online support, always ready to help, and quick to reply.

Not a tough case but I love it…

This was a really tough call between three and four stars. Here’s why…
I was in a spending frenzy and wanted the Pitaka case but on watching and reading reviews the Benks had the edge. I ordered three items including the armor tint case. As soon as I hit buy I was worried. The tracking was next to useless as it just kept notifying me it was on its way but showed it in China. I also saw identical but unbranded cases for much less.
A week later the item was delivered, actually items and a free gift. This was a pleasant surprise.
The case itself is not for protection from drops in my opinion. If that’s what you want spend your money on Mous. However, I have to say I love it. Aesthetically it is beautiful and really makes my iPhone feel as it should and almost bare. The material is nice and in the brown colour it looks different but classy. Camera lenses are protected by the raised lip and scratches to the body of the phone shouldn’t happen. Falls, as I said, would be my worry so I’ll use it when I’m not doing anything too strenuous.
I can’t comment on customer service but for a scratch protective, slim and tangible case I love it. The free gift for spending $100(I’m in Scotland so this was less than £100) was lens protectors. I’m genuinely tempted to buy a different colour. Again, please realise this is not a really tough, protective case but is aesthetically very nice.

Ordered 2 cases for iPhone 16 Pro. One so so ok. Kevlar case had different colour of cameras ring. Looks cheap. Waste of money. To send back to China makes no sence. Will end up in bin. Never ever Benks any more.

Scam company

Ordered a case for the iPhone 16 PRO Max. The shell never arrived. The package was trackable so I could follow the package's journey. The carrier sent the package to the wrong delivery point. The package was then returned to the sender. I contacted Benks on several occasions and explained what had happened. Their answers are completely incomprehensible. They want to give me a discount on a new shell or send me a new shell. But they refuse to refund what I paid. Even though they got the shell in return. According to them, I have given the wrong address. Of course, I checked that they received the correct address. Fraud! Avoid!

The price SEEMS good . Quality is beyond poor

I purchased two items in April /May of this year and both have had issues. I purchased the “apple “ pen version 2 ( the latest one ) and within a month it started to crack at the end where you have to rotate it to reveal the charging port.
Sony emails Benks and yes they will send out a replacement . Fast forward 9 emails later and still no replacement pen. In every email they say they will send out a replacement yet no order number, no confirmation and obviously no pen .
Every email is polite but that is just a smoke screen, they tell you what you want to hear in that a replacement is on the way but it doesn’t materialise. AVOID AT ALL COSTS the price might seem good but the quality is just not there.

Scam!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. The delivery experience was poor from the start. I purchased an Armor Pro MagSafe case and a screen protector for the S24 Ultra. The case is a fingerprint magnet, doesn't charge properly, and causes the phone to heat up within seconds. Customer care is non-existent; when you raise an issue, they respond with a question and then disappear. They consistently avoid refund or return requests. The screen protector doesn't register fingerprints and is completely useless. Don't buy anything from this scam company. Don't be fooled by YouTubers like Mark Ellis who promote their products without verifying the company's credibility. This is an absolute scam of a company. Stay away!

Misleading information on their…

Misleading information on their website/ difficult customer service.

I ordered a case for IPhone 12. I specifically chose this model as part of the ordering process. They sent me a iPhone 12/12pro case which doesn’t fit due to the different side button positions and camera.
I’ve been back and forth emailing with customer service ( in China) who continue to insist the case is “universal”.
They are dodging my requests for a refund despite having misleading information in their site. Nothing on their site indicated a “universal” case would be received. In short I did not receive what I ordered.
It’s a shame as the product itself would have been good.
Beware. This is not up to Uk trading standards and specs and dealing with their customer service is a serious headache.

Omg I love the case I just bought for a Samsung Fold 6. The fit is absolutely perfect and easy on and off. I had to call customer service and it was a beautiful experience. Definite 5 stars from me.

Good value and approachable customer service

I recently purchased an iPhone screen protector and phone case from Benks, and I am beyond impressed with their products and customer service. I had great service I ordered iPhone 15 pro max benks montage case It arrived in uk within 48 hours the next day it was delivered by parcelforce so no complaints from me I normally use Amazon but the case was not on there I was bit worried after seeing some reviews about delivery but came within 72 hours so will definitely be ordering again

Poor customer service. Avoid.

I purchased the iPad magnetic stand for my iPad Pro 11. Despite it saying 'pro/air' on the box, it seems this stand is only compatible with the iPad Air and so the magnets would not attach. I contacted the company to request a refund. They said I had to return the item (not unreasonable) and once received I would get a refund. This return however meant shipping the item from the Uk to Germany at my expense. Some shipping companies offered reasonable shipping however because I couldn't provide the right tariff code for the item, the shipping companies wouldn't let me send the item. The ones who would ship the item back wanted the same amount in shipping fees as what the item is worth. So I can't send the iPad stand back without it being economically unworthwhile. So I went back to the company and explained my predicament. Given I am unable to return the item (which is not my fault) , they won't refund me my £70 and told me to just sell the item on. Well, there is no guarantee that I will be able to sell the item and if I do, it may be for less than what I have paid. This is a lot of hassle when they company have incorrectly packaged their item to say its compatible with the pro iPad when its not. I want a refund.

Do not buy from this scam

Do not buy from this scam. They told me when I receive the case so I can return and get money back. Its over half of a month and their package is always somewhere that did not move. They said 5-10 days to deliver. Its 16 days never receive anything.
Warning. This is another Chinese scammer!

MagClap ArmorAir Case built with Kevlar® 600D for iPhone 15 Pro Max

Arrived within the stated delivery time, and well packaged.

On opening the jiffy bag, the packaging and case looked the part, and fitted the Phone snuggly , feels and looks great with no excess size being out on the phone.

However within a few hours the fingerprint marks on the back are horrendous, worse than any other case I have owned, also after 2 small charges on a Magsafe you can see a circle mark already on the back.

If I had purchased from somewhere like Amazon it would have definitely been returned, However time will tell how good your customer service is.
