Great phone-cases

These are my favourite cases for the iPhone 15 pro. They fit great, feel premium and look amazing. Price-point is just right in my opinion. Shipping to Switzerland was fast especially considering that i ordered right after the new iPhones were announced.

This is a great case

This is a great case, the aramid fibre is woven in a way that creates grip and has a really unique feel and texture. The case fits perfectly and is minimal & well designed.

Really high quality product and super…

Really high quality product and super helpful customer service, like... rediculously helpful... I have purchased the ipad stand, iphone case and magclap battery off them and the level of quality is so close to Apple itself I am super happy

Frustrated With Customer Service

I researched Benks and the iPad pen before purchasing March 17, 2023. There were great reviews for their products and for customer service on the Benks site, youtube, and on other sites. I took a chance an purchased the iPad pen from the Benks website. My item got lost with the shipping company DHL and I was told to contact Benks so they could find my item or issue a refund. I have contacted customer service 6 times and they have opened my email on 3 of the 6 occasions (I have email tracking on my email) over the past two weeks with no response. I understand that items get lost in transit everyday and that's not the reason I'm frustrated. I'm frustrated because no one has contacted me to try to resolve the issue in two weeks. I had purchased another item from Benks on the same day and received the item in less than a week. I was under the impression that Benks was a reputable company. I was hoping for at least an acknowledgement of my issue.

3 weeks, no sign of order.

I ordered their MagClap battery pack for my iPhone on the 23rd of January and it is currently almost three later and there is no sign of it being delivered. The tracking number stopped working after the 26th of January, and I haven’t received any information since. I have emailed the company who responded a day or two later saying they will get back to me but they didn’t. So when I emailed them again, they said that they will talk with the shipping company and update me, which they still haven’t. I thought the company was reputable seeing all the YouTube reviews but I guess they send them money to give out good ratings.

Screen Protector issue and delivery problem

I have brought a "Traveller Pro Car Charger" and "iPhone 14 pro max screen protector" under order Order 85815942.
I have received a Screen protector however Traveller Pro Car Charger is missing from the delivery. I am not sure what they have sent out or not. No communication so far.
The screen protector is faulty where I pulled the label and it has been torn in the middle of the mobile which cause the whole screen protector to waste.
It is not a cheap one and I paid $60 for the same.
