Loved my Benks at first, after 6 months, not so much.

Loved my Benks case at first, but after 6 months, not so much.

I purchased an "ArmorTint Case built with Kevlar® for iPhone 16 Pro Max" in October 2024. After 6 months of use in a home and professional office setting, the case has torn in several of the thinner spots, leading to severe damage to my glass screen protector.

Bottom line: this case, while super light, thin, and attractive, does NOT afford the protection or longevity that any iPhone needs. Do yourself a favor and avoid!

Great Support and Product

I got a great thin and attractive power bank. Unfortunately, after a year it stopped working... I wrote to support and immediately got a new, better powerbank for free! Great service and great products.

The case feels so premium and the fit…

The case feels so premium and the fit is one of the best. Also the looks is so aesthetic. Highly recommended this benks prestige armor pro for 16 pro max.

Ps. When i received a faulty case, it was replaced immediately. Customer service top notch too.

The cases are so premium

The cases are so premium, smooth and sleek looking, best case I've got for a phone yet. their customer support is top tier too, the case i got for the s25 ultra had some paint removed on the camera bump after a month of use, I emailed them and they quickly sent me a brand new one for free which most companies wouldn't have bothered to do. I don't get how their rating is so low on trustpilot.

Benks Customer Support came through

I recently purchased a Kevlar case for my 16PM. I made the purchase directly from the Benks website but when I received it, it was making clicking noises on the right side of the phone.

I took pictures and sent a video to the support email and didn’t hear back for about 4 days or so, but once they responded, they offered to send a replacement case to me. I never got a confirmation email or shipping info, but was able to see it through USPS informed delivery so I knew they had sent out a replacement.

I was expecting the new case to have the same issue, but to my surprise, the case fits perfectly.

Thanks again Benks for the quick resolution!

Waste of money they are scammers

Ducking
scammers, never get parcel from them. Lost 45£. They answer to you questions and emails but just lie you then will send again parcel but never happen. Can’t believe it 2025 and there are still stupid scammers like that

Very Shady Company

I bought the Benks Armor Pro Prestige for my iPhone 16 Pro Max and noticed the Kevlar on the back was lopsided. I contacted them about this issue and provided pictures as well. They instructed me to ship the case back to China which would cost more than half of the case itself. I left a 2-star review on their website displaying my frustration and within a few hours, they deleted my post. They only keep the positive reviews on their website. I normally don't write reviews but this is the first time I'm seeing a company not stand behind their products and allowing any sort of transparency for other consumers. Will not be buying any of their products in the future.

Shady company

Shady company that will not allow you to return any products or respond to your concerns. They also remove all negative reviews. Please save your money and order from a reputable company instead.

SCAM COMPANY DONT TRUST THEM

Horrible company not being able to charge wirresly with the case made this issue with benks themself and the response i get 2 months later is a demonstration with a video or picture to show what the issue actually is. Wich i did and now they just ingore me and wont contact me back 9 months further, SCAM COMPANY DONT TRUST THEM

DO NOT TRUST BENKS

Very deceptive online company. Website claims 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I received a iPhone 16 plus lucid armor case. It was completely inferior quality. Benks has repeatedly delayed a return/ refund. After numerous emails, they only offered a 50% refund!
Avoid this dishonest scammer!

Bad Customer Service. Delete Customer Review

The product (Screen Protector) is faulty.
The description said fit to edge-to-edge, but it was not.
For the return, the buyer is responsible for shipping back from the US to China, which is an expensive shipping cost.
I wrote a review for the faulty product, and they just deleted it.

Poor customer service

I ordered the wrong cover by mistake. Made a new order for the right size and immediately emailed the support to ask them to cancel the first order.

The did not respond untll it was to late. They now refuse to let me return it and give me my money back. Even though the rules on the website clearly state they will cancel the order without issues.

They insted offered me a 30% refund which to be honest is ludicrous. The customer service is very poor.

And I chose these covers because because they are light, thin, premium and most importantly protect important elements of the smartphone

And I chose these covers because of their premium look and especially because of the material they are made of. It is KEVLAR. The covers are made very precisely and individually for each phone. I own an iPhone 16 Pro Max and this top and especially premium cover fits me like a glove. Everything fits beautifully and mainly protects the important elements. The cover is very light and thin. It does not make the smartphone bigger at all. The iPhone is even more premium with the cover. You can choose different versions of the covers, different color variations. BENKS offers not only covers, but also protective glasses and various accessories. I also chose this brand because of the price/performance ratio. And what is GREAT, their customer care does not end with the sale. They always try to help you and satisfy you. I 100% RECOMMEND BENKS.

The greatest of them all aramid fibre cases

I’ve been using Benks cases since 14 series . They are amazing in customer service, fast in shipping . You also have the option to have get their products from Amazon . All of their cases are the best in quality at a lower reasonable price . You can even feel the texture on the back of each case. I recommend using them to anyone who wants to experience aramid fibre cases .
