It was easy to order and pay, and the book preview was a helpful touch. My order arrived swiftly, and to my surprise a free London Kids book was included with the Secret London book I ordered. I have decided to keep the London Kids book myself, as it is so interesting, informative, and in my opinion not exclusively for the benefit of children. The Secret London book is full of information, interesting facts and is beautifully illustrated. I'm certain the intended recipient will love the book as much as I do. I even received a follow up email to ensure I had received my order. I am so impressed with the efficient, exemplary service, and would definitely recommend The Best of Britain and their wonderful books.

Quick delivery of what appears to be a great book. It’s well written , informative and fun facts . I have bought it for an American friend of mine who loves London and will gift it to him in the pub this week. Then I’ll buy another for myself . Maybe it’ll be a perfect Christmas gift for other international friends who love to visit London as well !

I have just received Secret England and Secret London as Christmas gifts for my daughters. The books are really nice quality and I'm very pleased with them. Harry is very responsive and helpful. There was a problem with the delivery - nothing to do with Harry or Best of Britain - and he resolved it very quickly with no fuss. I would definitely recommend them and buy from them again.

Great customer service - first order lost in Black Friday chaos but replacement order sent and fab gifts.

Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. And the packaging was good, so as not to damage my book being dropped through the letterbox.
Customer service was very good and very friendly. I kept getting updated e mails.
And now to the book itself.
It's of superb quality paper.
I've not read it yet, just glanced through and the photos look very good. And the description is good.
It appears there is a Google map with all the locations marked on but I've not looked into that yet. But sounds very useful.
All in all, a great book, and company. And I felt the book was very reasonably priced.

I received very quick delivery of three books Secret London, Secret England and the London Pub Guide. They were part of a terrific Black Friday offer which made them exceptional value for money. The books are beautifully made with high quality paper and excellent photographs. I have already noted a few places to visit as soon as I can and I look forward to finding more but there are so many packed into every book its going to be a long term project!

Absolutely appalling customer service from this company. I have been left bitterly disappointed and frustrated by their lack of response.
I bought two books, Secret England & Secret London and they arrived promptly. The books are beautiful so I decided to buy more as gifts.
I ordered 3 x Secret London, 3 x Secret England as Christmas presents. On 21st Nov I received only 1 of each. I am missing 4 books and despite numerous emails to ‘Harry@bestofengland and Simon@bestofengland I have received no response at all.
This is unprofessional and rude. I am out of pocket and appear to have no way of taking this further as the only way to contact them is via email.
I have a photo of my delivery which clearly shows a package which quite obviously does not contain 6 books.
Buyer beware. A truly disappointing experience.
Harry/Simon@bestofengand- you can rectify this by sending me my books or a refund asap and then I will happily take down this review but until then I will be actively telling people about my really frustrating experience with your company.

I was very happy with the books - Secret London and Secret Britain, that I am giving as a Christmas present. I had a friendly email after delivery asking if they were OK, which was a lovely, personal touch.

The books are lovely, with beautiful photos. Postage was free and I was kept informed of the progress of the order - which came very quickly. I would have no hesitation about buying from this company again.

A beautifully produced book, packed full of lovely photos and information that really makes you want to go to London and explore. It arrived promptly and securely packaged. Thoroughly recommend.

The book is as described, it was very useful to see a preview to give an idea of the quality of the photographs, which are superb, good quality gloss finish on quality gauge paper. I shall certainly be recommending this book and will be buying more from this company in the future.

Lovely books at a reasonable price. They make great presents. Delivery was quick and I liked the cardboard packaging as I'll reuse when I send gifts.

I emailed customer services and within hours Harry had responded, checked what had happened and resent the books out
