Unsure of this company’s intentions, either a scam or just an appalling retailer. As with the other review, I too ordered a groupset, no correspondence after a week so I called to be told they were waiting on a chainset and I’d receive the groupset later that week. Nothing arrived so I tried to call them multiple times and email, no response. Then the website and social media was taken down. Luckily I had paid with a credit card so disputed the purchase and also contacted the gov fraud group. I’ve since recovered my money.
I did receive an invoice from bikedr the day I received my payment back, asking for payment!? Really no clue as to what their game is, but 2 weeks of stress and anxiety thinking I’d been done out of £2100 and no apologies, explanation or correspondence from them whatsoever. Save yourself the anguish and go elsewhere.

bought a Dura-Ace set from this supposed BIKE DR store. On June 22nd, almost a week ago, I did not receive my order. I contacted DPD who informed me that BIKE DR had not yet sent the order. The supposed store is always closed and they never answer the phone. Do not buy anything from this store. I do not know if I was a victim of a SCAM. I have already sent emails and SMS asking for my money back and I have not received a response.
