I have been ordering all my swimsuits with this brand for a while now but they have lost my last order...which is fine, it happens! but the only answer I can get is an automated message saying they re looking into it ...it's been 2 weeks the status of my order has not changed. They basically took my money and are not going to send me a replacement...I guess I will not be purchasing with them anymore. Stay away from this brand!

Poor delivery time
If there is a delay in sending out the item, the company should inform the customer. I had to chase repeatedly to find out when my order would be dispatched. Poor customer service response and far too long for the item to be delivered. It was bought a a gift and I have sent it back.

Bought a couple of pairs of lay back shorts 4 years a go, still going strong so bought another couple of pairs as they are the comfiest swimming shorts I have ever owned
The UK site doesn't have customer…
The UK site doesn't have customer support and it's support rerouted to the US site who cannot recognise my email and order. My order had been missing for 3 weeks and nobody seems to know where it's gone. Vague and fake answers that you should've received confirmation email, which I didn't, is just poor service and inability to deal with the query. I've been sending them constant emails but haven't received a reply that locates my missing order. Avoid buying from this company!

Impossible to get Response
I’ve been trying to get in touch for some time now and have contacted Billabong multiple times across variousy platforms Each message has been followed up several times, yet I’ve received no response at all. Customer service seems non-existent for this company. No updates whatsoever on ordered items and status just remains the same after more than a week from purchse, even though they state 3 days delivery. I like their stuff as have purchased from shops etc, but 1st and last that I will be using their website.
Awful customer service
I received the wrong item from the company and wrote multiple emails to tell them to either get a refund or the correct item sent and they never responded after weeks of waiting I decided just to return the item which then cost me £5 to do. Do not buy from this company online.

I’ve been trying to get in touch for some time now and have contacted Billabong multiple times across every available platform - including the website chat system, email, and Instagram. Each message has been followed up several times, yet I’ve received no response at all.
At this point I’m genuinely struggling to get hold of anyone, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re just trying to resolve a straightforward issue. I’ve always liked the brand, but the lack of communication makes it very hard to trust ordering again.
I’m really hoping someone from the team sees this and gets in touch soon.

Really hit and miss with the delivery time, it may take 2 days or it may take 2 weeks. The items themselves are good quality but if you want something by a deadline like a trip that is less than 2/3 weeks away I wouldn't bother, you are more likely than not not going to have it by the time you leave. Really frustrating as the tracking info is non-existent as is their response to any queries.

Haven't sent the full order - item missing. No reponse from their customer service team. Will have to apply for a chargeback from my bank. That's the last time I order from them.

I’ve bought several items from billabong and I’ve had lots of comments on them, people just love them. When you’re in your 80’s it’s difficult to find something you love.

Great product and shipped out very quick. Only minor issue was it took a while to arrive but that was because of Snowmageddon in NE Scotland
