If I could put zero I would

If I could put zero I would, ordered my husband some shorts 3 weeks ago, they were stuck in transit for over a week then said they were delivered (they weren’t). Can I get hold of anyone? No. I fill in the form and get the same auto reply every single time.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Package did not arrive and as far as I can tell was never despatched - no tracking info. Repeated requests for refund to customer services are unanswered except by bots. Absolutely dreadful experience and frankly a scam

One of the only brands I buy from first-hand

I love anything from the Boardriders brands, and Billabong is no exception. The quality is great and pieces never fail to flatter. Some of their designs are really unique and although expensive, if you catch them on a sale they're often normal prices.

Awful / non-existent customer service and missing order!

I have not received all of my order and I have contacted billabong on multiple occasions now with absolutely no response at all. Absolutely terrible and non-existent customer service, money has been deducted from my account from Billabong but they have failed to actually send me my order! Will not be ordering again and also would not recommend anyone else making an order unless you want to have your money disappear into thin air

I never received my order

I never received my order, I’ve emailed three times but can only get an AI response telling me parcels could arrive late and my tracking code (but this says it’s delivered) even after asking to speak to a human and making new email support requests I’ve not received a human response. It seems impossible to speak to the company and my package is clearly somewhere other than with me :(

I still haven’t received part of my…

I still haven’t received part of my order, despite it showing as “delivered” on my DPD tracking link. I have tried to contact customer support several times and have been sent an automated response with my tracking information each time - this is not helpful at all, as it shows it as delivered on 05/06/26, when it wasn’t delivered. I have responded and followed up but haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. Terrible customer service.

I’ve reported the company to watchdog!

Made an order on 25th May still waiting for the item. Saying it’s been delivered on the tracking but I have not received anything. Have taken money but I’ve not received what I paid for. Trying to get hold of their customer service is like trying to get blood from a stone. No other way of getting hold of them. I advise people not to buy from billabong. I have also reported all of this to watchdog. Will never buy again. Wondering if the company has gone bust!

Poor service

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have still not received the order.

The DPD tracking, claims the order is still 'In Transit' and there has been no response to my request to cancel my order and raise a refund

I ordered some flip flops on 26/05/26…

I ordered some flip flops on 26/05/26 and although the tracking number says they were delivered 05/06/26 they have not been received! In addition I have been trying to contact them for the last week asking where my order is and have received no responses!! Very angry! Can’t even see how I can get my money back!

After placing an order on 25th May

After placing an order on 25th May, I was only able to track it after making contact with Billabong on 8th June. Unfortunately, the tracking stated the order was 'return to sender' status. I do not understand why as there had been no attempt to deliver this to me at any point, there is always someone at home.

I wanted the order cancelled and a full refund. Didn't get another response from Billabong other than asking me to rate my experience, so here it is. I am still waiting for my refund on 12th June. Ridiculas.

I'm saddened to say this has been a terrible shopping experience overall and I won't be a making any other purchases from Billabong.

Updated 03 July 2026 - still waiting! Now they've stopped responding to emails. Formal complaint issued; requesting full refund.

Lost delivery. Misleading information

I have ordered an item to be delivered to UK. I paid delivery fee. My item was shipped but has never been delivered. The Geopost tracking said it has been delivered. I was at home, nothing was delivered, I had no email, no photo. I wrote to billabong, and there is just some generic answer sending me same tracking number I already have. I advice everyone who ever considers buying anything from billabong be aware, you will not receive your item, and you will not get any solution, simply because there is no way to contact this company. Telephone does not exist, email does not exist, and nobody answers your customer service question.
