Billabong Online - Do not waste your time!

I made my order on the 6th June, it is now the 18th June and I have still not received it. The tracking is useless and the customer service is non existent. I would go out of my way to avoid using Billabong in any capacity in the future.

Parcel had not been delivered

Parcel had not been delivered, despite being claimed that it was, with no photo evidence of that delivery. Waited for the parcel for 18 days, didn't arrive. Gave two enquiries and was met with one automated response that told me it was delayed and then no further response after questioning. Now being 11 days after the enquiry, still no reply or refund.

Essentially stealing my money with no product.

Disgusting customer service. I would not recommend buying products from this site.

I paid £70 for a bikini on 30th May

I paid £70 for a bikini on 30th May, still has not arrived. Some tracking info says it’s been delivered, some says it out for delivery. No one is responding to my emails. I think the brand must be having some financial issues. Contacting my bank now to try and get the money back. Feel so disappointed having bought from them before and had good service. Do not order from Billabong!!!

Awful customer service

I ordered some items as a present, the package hasn’t shown up, despite placing the order 18 days ago. I have emailed the company twice and have had no response. I spoke to the delivery company who confirmed the issue is the sellers end. I am fuming and will not be purchasing from this company again. Unfortunately as I hadn’t received my parcel, my dad has to go without his Father’s day gifts.

Order did not arrive. Customer service was not helpful. Pushing responsibility Customer to contact delivery services. I could not contact delivery services as I do not have an account with them.

Bad service

I’ve not gotten my order and haven’t had any response from customer service despite 3 emails over the space of 2 weeks. It says it was delivered on the 5 June but haven’t received anything! Disappointed with the service and would have expected a response by now.

Avoid!

Don’t normally leave reviews but my experience was really bad. I ordered 4 items and returned 3, the return was delivered on the 11th May. There was zero communication from the company and the 10 working days period had passed as per their policy so I emailed them for an update on my return. I just got a generic response, and nothing further after about a week. I ended up having to raise a case with PayPal and this enabled me to finally get my refund. Happy I got my money back but appalling customer service, paying customers should not be made to go on a wild goose chase to get a refund.

PLEASE BOYCOT THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY HAVE A UK TEAM IT'S PRACTICALLY A SCAM!!!!
First order no problems a year ago. Second order and I'm still waiting after 4 weeks without any customer service from UK. 2/4 items arrive after a month. The other 2 items are lost. One item said a week after ordering it has been cancelled even though they are in stock online and in app. They said a refund will be issued - no refund issued 3 weeks after this email. The other item is lost in transit and will soon be missing the return window even though it's not arrived. I am out so much money and only met with automated responses from the customer team even though I keep trying to contact a human being. There is no UK number we can ring. I managed to get through to an agent in the US team who were prompt but they said they can't do anything about European Orders try the system again even though I have tried now 9 times. There is nothing in my junk I try every day of the week and everytime to try and get through but nothing. I am never shopping with Billabong online again it's been so stressful please boycott at all costs.

Absolutely useless

After 3 weeks my order was cancelled and refunded. No explanation given except the carrier returned the package. If i wanted the items I could re-order them, doesn't seem like a great idea given that they couldn't get it right the first time. contacted customer services several times, absolutely useless.

Don’t shop here

Don’t shop here. They won’t send your order in full and they won’t respond to you when you’re simply asking for help to track down the order you paid for. In this day and age you can literally go anywhere else and have the reassurance you’ll have good customer service and you’ll actually receive your order. Not sure why they use the world’s slowest delivery service ever to save them a few dollars.

No Delivery, no contact.

Same as everyone else, I've had an order not arrive which has seemingly disappeared into the ether. No response from a human agent only AI Alice. I've since initiated a chargeback through my bank who are going to refund me.

Items haven't arrived. Contacting customer services is impossible

Ordered a couple of items over three weeks ago. Items never arrived. Tracking numbers that were provided took me to the courier's site that said they had been delivered. Called the Courier's local depot to find out more and they confirmed that the parcel had to be sent back to Billabong because they didn't provide the necessary info for EU to UK customs. Haven't had any response from Billabong's customer services other than an automated chatbot. Been an absolute nightmare trying to figure out how to get a refund. Decided to file a report via ClearPay to try and get my money back.

Very very poor. Please save yourself a headache and avoid!! I will never buy from Billabong again.

AVOID SERVICE IS DISGUSTING.

After almost 3 weeks my order is not complete and customer service continues to send me the same auto generated reply about 3 days to come from Europe.
They will not answer me in any other way despite several attempts.

If I could put zero I would

If I could put zero I would, ordered my husband some shorts 3 weeks ago, they were stuck in transit for over a week then said they were delivered (they weren’t). Can I get hold of anyone? No. I fill in the form and get the same auto reply every single time.
