Cannot understand where my items bought…
Cannot understand where my items bought are...and going on holiday on the 19th June and worried it will not arrive on time.
After placing an order on 25th May
After placing an order on 25th May, I was only able to track it after making contact with Billabong on 8th June. Unfortunately, the tracking stated the order was 'return to sender' status. I do not understand why as there had been no attempt to deliver this to me at any point, there is always someone at home.
I wanted the order cancelled and a full refund. Didn't get another response from Billabong other than asking me to rate my experience, so here it is. I am still waiting for my refund on 12th June. Ridiculas.
I'm saddened to say this has been a terrible shopping experience overall and I won't be a making any other purchases from Billabong.

Lost delivery. Misleading information
I have ordered an item to be delivered to UK. I paid delivery fee. My item was shipped but has never been delivered. The Geopost tracking said it has been delivered. I was at home, nothing was delivered, I had no email, no photo. I wrote to billabong, and there is just some generic answer sending me same tracking number I already have. I advice everyone who ever considers buying anything from billabong be aware, you will not receive your item, and you will not get any solution, simply because there is no way to contact this company. Telephone does not exist, email does not exist, and nobody answers your customer service question.

Poor poor customer service I placed an order on 23rd May, tracking says its was delivered but it has not.
After multiple emails and attempts to contact customer service the response is a standard automated email which still takes days to arrive.
As a loyal in store and online customer for many years it’s very disappointing. Poor show Billabong.
Hopefully I will either get my order or my money back soon.

Order was shipped billabong. I tracked more order with DPD and was showing as out for delivery for three days over the expected arrival date.
I contacted DPD and they told me as, as there is no 1st line of address on the parcel they can’t deliver and I have to contact billabong.
I have sent various emails to them and have had no reply!!
