Radio Silence is Poor Customer Service
I do not have a printer for their return label, and I have asked them three times to please send me the postal address to return the item myself instead. The first time I asked I got an illogical reply that didn’t answer my question adequately. The next time I emailed them and got radio silence. Then, I they sent me their feedback questionaire to rate my experience, so I asked again there and, again, nothing. I’ve had some poor online shopping experience before, but to be ignored like this is a truly disappointing first !

Received wrong item, reached out to customer service via an online form they want you to use(no phone number)and 4 days later still nothing and now it’s the weekend. Terrible customer service, if you order something, prey they get it wright.

Order no 130450727 returned more than a week ago , still not refunded. Customer service is not existing , just a chatbot that can't even locate the order while I see it with my own eyes. If this doesn't get rectified soon I'll dispute with Amex. Let's see.

Terrible customer service. Contacted them because received an item without a hygiene strip and seeking assistance with return. Received an automated response requesting information I had already provided. Over a week later and no human response.

Absolutely shocking service. Returned my order coming up to three weeks ago. No response to multiple emails and haven't been refunded, despite sending proof of return.

My order was not delivered. I contacted customer services by email several times with useless automated responses. It is still unresolved over 1 month later. Do not purchase from Billabong!
Disappointing
Very slow delivery time. T-shirt colours and designs are good but the fabric is a lot thinner than they used to be.
Missing item in delivery
Missing item in delivery. Absolutely nil communication despite several requests for updates. Then all money was refunded. Then missing item turned up a week later and money taken from account.
So all square in the end but appalling customer service. They actually sent me an email to stop sending requests for info as it was making them slower! And three weeks later I still haven’t had one response. Will never use again.

I’ve been buying from Billabong for years however I wont be anymore. I returned a couple of items for a refund and it has been 25 days no refund or communication. I’ve tried contacting them but only getting automated replies. So frustrating.
