The UK site doesn't have customer…

The UK site doesn't have customer support and it's support rerouted to the US site who cannot recognise my email and order. My order had been missing for 3 weeks and nobody seems to know where it's gone. Vague and fake answers that you should've received confirmation email, which I didn't, is just poor service and inability to deal with the query. I've been sending them constant emails but haven't received a reply that locates my missing order. Avoid buying from this company!

Had a discount code, having accepted this code I then got charged full price.

Also, did not pull my correct details, so it is just being delivered to "Mr."

I would like to be refunded to the difference of the 15% discount code!

Impossible to get Response

I’ve been trying to get in touch for some time now and have contacted Billabong multiple times across variousy platforms Each message has been followed up several times, yet I’ve received no response at all. Customer service seems non-existent for this company. No updates whatsoever on ordered items and status just remains the same after more than a week from purchse, even though they state 3 days delivery. I like their stuff as have purchased from shops etc, but 1st and last that I will be using their website.

Awful customer service

I received the wrong item from the company and wrote multiple emails to tell them to either get a refund or the correct item sent and they never responded after weeks of waiting I decided just to return the item which then cost me £5 to do. Do not buy from this company online.

I’m really disappointed with Billabong’s customer service.

Proving impossible!!!!!

I’ve been trying to get in touch for some time now and have contacted Billabong multiple times across every available platform - including the website chat system, email, and Instagram. Each message has been followed up several times, yet I’ve received no response at all.

At this point I’m genuinely struggling to get hold of anyone, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re just trying to resolve a straightforward issue. I’ve always liked the brand, but the lack of communication makes it very hard to trust ordering again.

I’m really hoping someone from the team sees this and gets in touch soon.

Really hit and miss with the delivery time, it may take 2 days or it may take 2 weeks. The items themselves are good quality but if you want something by a deadline like a trip that is less than 2/3 weeks away I wouldn't bother, you are more likely than not not going to have it by the time you leave. Really frustrating as the tracking info is non-existent as is their response to any queries.

No customer service

Haven't sent the full order - item missing. No reponse from their customer service team. Will have to apply for a chargeback from my bank. That's the last time I order from them.

I have to give w star as I can't leave…

I have to give w star as I can't leave none....
Order took an AGE ...too big so needed to return ....NO LABEL ...
...went into order to pring a label but it BOMBED HALF WAY THROUGH ....
...NO RESPONSE to request for advice ....
..then when I tried to leave a review as requested my BAD REVIEW wouldn't upload!!!
So im stuck with goods I can't return but have PAID FOR !!!

Fantastic!

Can't understand the negative reviews, although people generally only leave them after a bad experience.
I'm new to Billabong and have just bought myself some amazing bargains in their sale including a rucksack, scarf and X2 fleeces. I liked my first fleece so much I bought another in a different colour!
With speedy delivery, good quality, stylish clothing which is a bit different, and eco-conscious materials I will certainly buy more in the future. Maybe add a vegan clothing range 🤔. This would be amazing. Keep doing what you're doing 🙂

Don't send survey till delivered

I know it was Xmas, but after 2 weeks have still not received order.. and no way of tracking, which may be down to delivery company...08 01 26 will change review to finally delivered, item good quality, just nearly 3 weeks to receive it, don't see joining billabong member has any benefits. Free delivery but bombarded with emails and a 3 week wait, upgraded to a2 star
