Last week, I contacted customer service to replace or let me know how to get a new bottom bladder for my scout kayak which developed slits around the seams making it impossible to use. The kayak is just over a year old. Jake helped for a while. He did not receive my pics the first time but I resent them. Just tell me where to order a new bladder and I will skip dealing with bluefin. I loved my kayak and still want to use it.
It is currently in the closet high and dry during peak season for kayaking in Colorado. Please help me.

Bought a board in 2022. The 5yr warranty is superb. Customer services quick to reply, no messing and board being replaced quickly.
Glad I bought Bluefin cruise 12" for load capacity but also the support when I needed it

update to my review from 21.05.2025. about my complain for Sprint sup
The deadline for resolving complaints is 14 days from the date of sending. My complaint was resolved after a month of waiting, with numerous emails with customer service, by replacing it with a new board. The package I received had already been opened, the original tapes had been torn and re-glued with Bluefin tape. I immediately found this suspicious because the first SUP I bought was in the original packaging without opening. I noticed that the board was losing pressure since the first inflation. I checked the valve, which was not tight, tightened it, and there was no more leakage. But the next day I noticed that it had lost about 2 psi again. I checked with soapy water and found no leaks. The customer service response was that this was normal. For me, it was too much. I checked everything again with soapy water, this time slowly cm by cm, and found a leak. The leak is impossible to see with the naked eye, it looks like it was pierced with a thin needle. I assume that this SUP had already been returned. I don't understand if SUP boards are tested at 28 psi as they state, then you can already see the pressure loss during testing, whether the valve is tight enough or not, and whether there are any leaks. If that is true then it cannot happen that you have a leak on the valve or anywhere on your new board. If the SUP was returned by another customer then anything is possible and it should be thoroughly checked before being released for sale. In any case it is a mistake on the part of Bluefin. After complaining I was suggested to either patch the damage myself or send it back to them at my own expense, paying the €25 postage again and they would fix it. No thanks.I did not agree to go through the whole process again like with the first board, especially since it's a new board, at least that's how it should be.I decided to sell the board they sent me and I even expressed my desire to buy a new Sprint board, to try to solve the problem a third time, but to be offered a fair discount considering the inconvenience.. They then offered me a 5% discount on the amount I paid,if I keep the board, which is about €15, which is really miserable for all the inconvenience. When Bluefin has seasonal sales or BF promotions and the like, then it is not a problem to offer a 50% discount, even more, and when you have to admit your mistake and correct it, and resolve complaints by doing everything so that the final solution is customer satisfaction, then everything is a problem. My experience with Bluefin is bad. No large and serious company should allow such failures. I believe that Bluefin makes quality boards, and mistakes do happen, whether it is in the production or sales chain, that is certainly present, my case really confirms that. But the way these cases are resolved is certainly not a credit to the Bluefin company.

Nice looking product Cruise SUP 10.8.
When arrived, only had one of the smaller fins so had to get one delivered.
On first use, the front clips holding the kayak seat to the board snapped and had to get a replacement and seat has slow puncture!
I'm afraid the kayak seat needs a product improvement and swap the plastics clips to metal.
Also on second use, the retaining clip on one of the underside fins snapped.
Overall I'm disappointed with the overall quality of this product and I wouldn't buy another. I suggest you look elsewhere until they improve the fin attachment and kayak seat clips.

The paddle board (carbon) I bought is of a high quality.
Reliable Seller, I totally recommend it.

Have been sent a paddle with a factory fault which was attempted to be covered up with glue, the glue has of course worn over time and the paddle is now unusable. Bluefin refusing to acknowledge clear factory fault and stating that a new paddle should be purchased from them.

Ordered a cruise SUP in the Gecko colour, the new lighter weight version, was delivered a blue legacy version which I didn’t want. These things happen, but I had ordered it for holiday use and so contacted the customer service team (via email as no phone line) to see if I could get the correct replacement in time for my holiday. Bearing in mind it was their error, no apology, no effort to see if they could get me the right board in time for my holiday, you can’t speak to anyone, emails are slow and then when you don’t get an answer or help to the question you asked you have to chase. Bad customer service, ended up phoning a competitor who were only too happy to assist and get me the right board in time for my holiday and who demonstrated excellent customer service. The experience with Bluefin was not good and am still not sure of refund. I have to get the board back to them via a DPD drop off, all at my own expense and inconvenience when the issue was not my fault, it was their error!! I would not be inclined to deal with this company again as no telephone line for assistance and robotic responses from customer service team that ignored the main issue/anyway of resolving in a positive way. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Normally an exceptional product and service, however, recent purchase of the inflatable seat was a bad mistake, within a matter of minutes both front clips had snapped and the seat deflated slowly with a fault on the seam. Sorted with some metal clips I had and a bit of foam in seat, worked fine and comfy.
Got back to shore to find the fibreglass supports had worn through their cover and rubbed the deck foam to powder leaving 2 holes in foam deck. Customer service changed their minds on replacing the board and offered a small discount, given no other real choice, even offered to upgrade the board and pay extra. So my board now looks rubbish due to their poor quality product.

They haven't paid DHL enough for the shipping so I am yet to receive my order and there no number to call them on.

My pedal broke 11 months after the purchase of the SUP. I reported the damage and immediately received the new paddle. I made similar experiences last year with a customer service. Excellent support.

Bluefin SUP boards of very poor quality and terms warranty conditions
Bluefin is far from the quality advertised. In my case, a defect occurred on a boat that was purchased 6 months ago and has only been on the water about 10 times. Bluefin offers a 5-year warranty but does not cover transportation costs? What kind of warranty is that? If Bluefin advertises quality, then it makes sense that there are low complaints, so one would expect a full warranty that covers all costs. If costs have to be paid, that means there are many complaints, so the quality is questionable? My free return expired in 9 days and I was asked to cover the shipping costs. A company that advertises itself with such quality and a 5-year warranty that should confirm this should not allow such mistakes. A manufacturing error can always happen, but then it is resolved immediately and not blamed on the customer, but everything is done so that the final customer is satisfied and not damaged. As a customer, I feel disappointed and cheated. Bluefin's 5-year warranty is just advertising, it only makes sense in the case of a major defect when the repair is not worth doing. During the warranty period, the manufacturer should bear all costs associated with the repair, or rather, replacing the product when the repair is not possible, everything else is a scam.. My initial enthusiasm for the Bluefin product was so great that I decided to buy another one, the new Nitro, but it is not available in the EU, it turned into a big disappointment. The quality of the Bluefin is not what I thought and what is advertised.
I agreed to send sup board and paid 25,44€ for shipping. We'll see how my complaint is resolved and will it change my mind about Bluefin and broken trust?

We have 4 Cruise 12 boards and love them. The inflation kit makes it super easy to travel with them. We had an issue with the belt strap on the storage backpack and support agreed to replace it within 24 hours of my reporting the issue. Highly recommend!!

Excellent boards and customer service. We have one cruise carbon and one cruise; both 10'8". Kayak conversion kit is very useful. Very happy with the boards. Both boards handle very well. Maybe the carbon is a bit stiffer, but I'm not sure it's noticeable. Slight issue with one board, but customer service was very helpful.

Brilliant board had a little niggle with customer services but that I'm glad to say was my fault. Wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone to buy a bluefin. The 10-8 cruise I have is just the bees knees, stable and responsive even for little old seventeen stone me.

This is the 3rd bluefin paddle board I've purchased.
I noticed on my most recent one there was a small scuff on it. I contacted bluefin customer service and the offered me a replacement / refund or a part refund if I wanted to keep it.
Great customer service.
