Simon went the extra mile to get my order delivered when couriers tried to charge silly prices for delivering to the moon. Maybe carriers need to realise that with google maps anyone can check nowadays and see that the surcharges they are applying for some postcode areas is wholly unjustified.

A shame to have to write a negative review but it’s just to save others the hassle of buying this model. I have recently purchased a Body Sculpture R2716 Rowing machine and after taking approx 45 minutes to assemble all looked great. It feels heavy and sturdy and moves smoothly. Sadly the machine worked for around 4 minutes before the recoil stopped pulling the strap back in. Spoke to body sculpture, there wasn’t much they could do but did say they’d had a few complaints of faulty recoil with this model. They asked me to dismantle and re-package and they’d collect it and drop another one off so I agreed. Just finished setting up the new one and after 45 seconds of rowing (very gently) the same thing has happened again.
I did feel that while talking to the people at body sculpture there seemed to be a reluctance to send a new one out and they seemed more keen on issuing a refund but I really wanted the machine and they assured me it wasn’t all R2716’s, just some that were faulty.
Unless I’m just really unlucky I’ll now assume it’s the majority of this model that are faulty, so unfortunately it looks like I’ll be sending this one back too and accept the refund this time.

The 1 star is fully in regards to the faulty product. On a positive note Body Sculpture were very easy to contact, always answered the phone and replied to emails, arranged collection and delivery quickly etc. so I wouldn’t be adverse to buying from them again but I would steer clear of the R2716 Rowing Machine.

Rowing machine arm connection broke after a bolt loosened .Replacement sent promptly and gratis too as I had had a new cylinder for it recently .Excellent service and nice emails and phone calls all the way keeping me up to date with what was going on . Back going nowhere fast while working up a sweat at the same time !

I required new pedals for my exorcise bike, Simon answered the phone when I called and established that a pair of pedals were in stock. He then sent me a link to pay and I received the new pedals by post two days later.
That is what I call a very good service.

I was after a replacement Body Sculpture Core trimmer, and purchased from Body Sculpture direct. DHL's delivery was a bit of an issue, but Simon Dearing at Body Sculpture responded very quickly and tracked the order down. Excellent customer service.

I bought a spin back a few weeks back, after using the product only a hand full of times I noticed a number of faults which I highlighted to Body Sculpture. There customer services department assured me they would look into the concerns raised and call me back within the next few days. It has been over 3 weeks now I even after I rang them again to see where things were up to I still have not heard anything back. Faulty product and even worse customer service.

Bought the BE3111G Magnetic Elliptical and this broke within the first month was offered a replacement but did not feel comfortable getting another one. So I decide to upgrade to BE7312G Foldable Magnetic Elliptical Cross-Trainer, this was more expensive but got a nice deal over the phone and this machine is great no issue used by the whole family, still going strong after being used by 3 people for over 6 months. Good company accepts responsibility if there's an issue and fixes it accordingly.

I purchased a rowing machine; after 18 months the roller spring mechanism broke (which seems quite common from Amazon reviews). Contacted the company to buy a replacement; they're very nice (but phone, they don't respond to emails) but this model is no longer supplied AND they don't have and cannot get any replacement parts from their Taiwanese manufacturer. I presume therefore they are just reselling and don't have any control over the product. So if you buy from this company you have to be prepared for the product not to be useful beyond the warranty period. I've learnt my lesson and am buying a better machine with a longer warranty period.

i ordered a exercise bike on monday 16th november it arrived wednesday 18th november , when putting it together i was having problem with the tension wire so i phoned the company the lady put me through to the workshop and after the advise given the problem was fixed , thanks

I have one of their pull up bars that I've owned for quite some time. During our house renovations we lost the safety clip for it.
I emailed a couple of weeks back and the company have got back to say that they will send out a replacement free of charge.
They were apologetic over the delayed reply due to covid, temporarily closing and a massive backlog or orders and queries.
I am really impressed with the customer service in challenging times.
