I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying, this is a totally rubbish product, the heads fall out of the holder so not fit for use! Customer service just keeps asking questions and gives no solutions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

That is a ZERO star. Very low quality product and very low quality custemer service. They do not accept return. They say I shouldn't have opened the box! How am I supposed to know how good is the product without opening.

As everyone else, tried to cancel next day, was told couldn't as already being prepared, yet took over 2 weeks to arrive.
Used once and broke, brushes etc just fall out of dryer.
Paid through PayPal, but they've refused to refund.
Avoid at all cost from buying

Deceitful company. The 5 in 1 styler is not worth it. And the money back guarantee is a lie. I have made a complaint through the ASA. I suggest others do the same!

Awful cheap quality product..awful customer service...awful company who completely lie in their website and are just out to scam people. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

This company have Facebook and Instagram adds that show a different product from what they send you.
I cancelled immediately yet they told me I couldn't as was prepared, took 3 days to dispatch and a further week to arrive.
I asked straight away to return under distance selling regulations. 3 times I asked for return address without it being provided- I was asked to send photos etc (which I did) made no difference.
Did a charge back on my credit card successfully so hopefully end of matter.
The adds need shut down.

Should be a minus 10 star available. Awful company, do not abide by and trading standards or consumer rights. Refused refund for rubbish product! No address to return products to. Raised a dispute with credit card company who should honour but DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Unfortunately I echo what other reviews have already said… Poor quality product, different product used on the website which is misleading. They claim they don’t accept refunds once product has been opened. Website looks dodgy upon closer inspection. I’m planning to complain to the Consumer Ombundsman

I've read all the previous reviews and have to agree with them as that's the same experience I've had. Not even opened the parcel. Customer service just avoid answering questions and you just get frustrated.

Same experience here as everyone else, but unfortunately I didn't read these until after I got the product! Absolutely disgusting company and "customer service" if you can even call it that. Plastic cheap rubbish that doesn't work at all!!!

Same experience as everyone else. I paid through PayPal it they want me to return the product to china. Please avoid it's a scam, the product it's lastic crap. I will be escalating this to trading standards and the police

Discovered their videos were stolen from TikTok and showed models using Dysons and Luxx Air Pros. The photos of the reviewers are pictures taken from Pinterest and the photo of the founder Lily Smith is a Stock Photo used on multiple sites. I ordered on impulse then changed my mind immediately, tried to cancel but got no response. After about a week I got an email saying it had been dispatched. I emailed and complained again and eventually received a reply saying I was too late it had already been dispatched. I have told them they need to collect it and my bank has refunded me the payment. I have tried warning people on social media but they blocked me from their page.

If I could give Zero Stars, I absolutely would!!
Please avoid this scamming company at all costs.

After reading these reviews, I emailed them 4 times to cancel my order before it was dispatched. To no avail.

So I have contacted my Bank to record fraudulent activity and i WILL be getting my money back.

We need to shut this disgusting company down so they don't scam anymore people.

Apparently should have read the Ts&Cs before ordering! Below is the reply I got when the 5in1 hair dryer I bought broke during first use. Terrible that an online retailer thinks consumer rights don’t apply to them!

The product 5 in 1 styler is just shocking, the box it came in was crushed and poor quality and the locking part when attacking the attachments has just crumbled. Customer service is the worse! A load of rubbish!!!

Zero stars, but no option for this!

The company do not respond to requests for refunds. I’ve had exactly the same experience as customers below. No responses from customer services. If you bought through PayPal I would recommend opening a case to report the lack of option for a refund, despite what their website says.

The quality of the product is awful. They delete comments on Facebook when people try to voice their opinion too which is telling.

Borelia have terrible customer service and the product I received is absolutely sub-standard.
After many request for a return address I gave up and contacted my bank to request the payment be rescinded. My bank asked for proof of my attempts to return the product. Within 20 minutes the money was refunded to my account!
I would suggest this route if you cannot get a refund directly from Borelia.

Absolute pile of rubbish, the same thing is sold on Temu for £17.99 and I wouldn't pay that for it having purchased it from Facebook.
As per all other reviews I too have had no response to my request for return. I will however ensure that at every opportunity when I see an advert I will let people know not to purchase!!!

The product doesn’t work and when I asked to send it back (as per their returns policy) they said they were not willing to accept a return or refund me.

Goods arrived weeks late, too late for recipient as a gift. Requested 3 times a return address for questionable goods, still no reply other than wanting photos, reasons why I want to return. Still waiting for a return address. I think this is a scam. They take days to reply.
