I ordered the product in November for a friend's birthday, unfortunately I received the package with a huge delay. The product does not meet expectations, poor quality. The company makes it impossible to return the product - it is definitely a matter to report. I do not recommend it😡😡

I bought the 5 in 1 hair thing for a present and it arrived after a few weeks. I am no expert so I don't know if it is worth the price but it showed up and as far as I can tell it works and I have had no complaints from the person I gifted it too.

Judging by the other reviews it might not be worth the price.

Iv been caught in the scam too, i wont make that mistake again, Hoping that Paypal can return my money now

BEWARE! absolute Chinese scam. they used to be Borelia and after that Magic Curl, now they changed website name to Kurlisse. They sell a hair curler and advertise it with Dyson product on social media. In reality it is a cheap plastic sub-par copy, that in no way works similar to Dyson. They also do not issue return labels. I had a very lengthy battle via Paypal with them, and eventually they requested I pay return charges myself ! £25 postage to China! Absolutely scandalous fraudulent company. Do not buyANYTHING from them. They are fraudsters. They claim to be registered in USA, but they operate from China. disgusting business.

Purchased 5-1 for my daughters birthday but her boyfriend got her the Dyson (wise boy) so I contacted company to ask how I return .. they told me to take photos to show that it hadn’t been used .. I only had 2 interactions on email at the beginning of November since then I can’t send any emails so like other people this company are scammers .. I will try and contact Trading Standards 😩

I opened the package and tried it and the hair gets stuck at the bottom of the barrel.
Apparently as i had opened the package no refund can be given. If the goods are not fit for the purpose then they are selling fake items which cannot be used.
I will be seeking a refund from my credit card and will be reporting this to the Trading standards.

SCAM - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Wished I had read the reviews. Took almost 4 weeks to arrive and then found it to be a total waste of my hard earned money. No instructions for use and does not curl my fine hair at all.
Should have stuck to my normal mantra, if to seems to good to be true then it probably is. So cross with myself.
Please do not waste your money on this cheap and nasty product

Total load of rubbish .. Bought on 11 Nov 23 & took 3 weeks of emails until it arrived. . This is not fit for purpose on anyone’s hair thin or fake hair & I shall be contacting the trading standard office with full links & photos reviews of this product.
Apparently because I unpacked it from packaging to see if it Actually worked and was what I orderer ( what was clear now the fake Instagram & FB post ) stops their refund policy. I won’t let this rest !!!

Its only a 4 not a 5 because i have only used it a couple of times and i cant judge its lengevity.
I am sorry to anyone who had a bad experience with this and the company but i genuinely had a 5* star experience. The 5 in 1 airwrap styler was delivered within 8 days of purchase, customer service responded to query just after id ordered it within 12 hours of sending the email.
It arrived well packaged, brand new, uk plug, i find it to be very sturdy, the buttons are easy to use.
I tried all attatchments. The hair dryer is great and cool enogh to use on the children even on the hottest setting. The flat brush attachment blowdried dried my hair smooth, the round brush blow dried with body and the airwrap attachments worked great! I found they work best usng the R attachment on the left side of your hair and the L on the right half and on highest heat. Hold for few seconds, turn off and release the hair.
Before i used it i ordered a heat glove and mat from amazon for 5.99 but i used it fine without.

I was sooo worried after reading the shocking reviews but honestly just seems like scare mongering...its brilliant, especially for the money. The jump in price between this and the Shark or Dyson is hundreds of pounds...i cannot see the huge difference tbh.
This is personal experience obviously but i really happy with it 😊

Refuse to answer any emails re returns and the product is cheap and inadequate. Total rip off do not buy.

Please do not buy this, total waste of time. Mine came but was a secondhand one and stopped working after 5mins. When I made a complaint, they asked for a video of the packaging and product and now will not reply back to my emails.

Sharks, they do not allow you to return item, offer you a 50% discount code to use on their site. Definitely scammers. Do not buy from them, not opened mine at all after reading reviews where it falls apart, gets too hot. Avoid at all costs. They won’t give you an address, or telephone number they do everything by email with only a first name.

This is a terrible product. Cheap plastic, small buttons they are difficult to use. Gets so hot it burns your hands. Tried to return before I even used but they will not accept any returns.

Wanted to give this 0 stars, DO NOT BUY, it’s an absolute con, I asked to cancel my order before it had even been dispatched , no response to that request . Trading Standards have been contacted and I have been advised to take legal action to get a refund

I was stupidly sucked in seeing the ads on Facebook. Never again.
I find it worrying that I see the same 5 in 1 styler advertised on other social media platforms with great reviews.
I asked to return and was told no returns as I had opened the box! I argued with them for a couple of days and they didn’t budge so I put a claim in through PayPal.
I took screenshots of their website stating 100% satisfied or your money back, added the link to these reviews and said the product did not do as advertised. After some to-ing and fro-ing
I was asked to return it to China, at my expense of £30+. I called PayPal who asked Borelia to send me a return label which never happened. I called PayPal again and they closed the case in my favour and I got a full refund. I’m sure you could get your money back via bank or credit card purchases too.
I have binned the product and probably quite dangerous from other reviews I have read. Don’t give up on getting your money back - it took me 1.5 months but worth the agro.

The website has disappeared since I placed my order and the customer services email address is no longer in use when I tried to email them to ask for a refund. The item was purchased as a birthday present for my Mum who is now really disappointed as the item is not as described. My Mum sent me the link to the 5-in-1 Hair styler from an Advert she saw on Facebook, I ordered it for her as she really wanted it and my mistake I didn't think to read of the reviews on Google as she said it came highly rated on Facebook. We now realize the reviews she saw on Facebook are not genuine.

I have now lost the best part of £60 and feel awful for my Mum.

How is a company allowed to get away with this?

Purchased a hairdryer that does not even turn on. They will not refund and relies to email are a disgrace.

This item is the biggest waste of money, took weeks to arrive from London???
The item itself feels really cheap the brushes don't even feel like they are even they are contacting my hair and there is a smell like it's going to burn out as soon as it is switched on !!!
The return policy says once the item is opened cannot be returned though I cannot describe the item as used as it's not fit for any pupose but the the bin, very angry and frustrated 😡😡😡

If I could give zero I would. Product arrived faulty. The attachments just fall out. Customer services said a replacement was on its way. Nothing has arrived and it’s been weeks. Email address is no longer recognised.

The product did not work completely fault. Complete rip off. Tried to speak to customer services they have deleted all email and have no contact number. Stole money and refused to accept return even though it states 30 day refund policy.
