the company claims over 20k satisfied customers, It has less than 1.4k thousand visitors since it opened in October this year - source 'ahrefs' (check the website stats for yourself.)

We have checked the web traffic with other digital monotiring tools like SEMrush and can coinfirm this site has also no Domain Authority Score.

check out 'Moz' in google it checks this score and tells you what it means.

The products are below standard for the pricing.

We have tried to contact them many times for a refund and been ignored and lied to.

We urge you to contact SHOPIFY and make a declaration if you have been miss-sold also, SHOPIFY protects the consumers in instances like this.

Absolute scam, do not buy this product!!!! The product is very poor quality and broke the first time I used it. In response to my complaint I was told the do not accept returns once the product has been used. I used it once and it broke, absolutely appalling!

A scam! I received my parcel after y 18 days and it is an absolute piece of useless junk! I sent an email asking for a return and a refund and no answer yet! Can’t believe I paid 60 pounds for this useless pieces!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Poor quality product received after long delay in shipping. Advertised 3-5 day express shipping, customer service confirmed up to 14 days so when I asked for refund on shipping, I got no reply. The product is cheap and plastic, poor quality. It does work - just about but you have to be very patient and it is not what I was hoping for. Would not recommend and would not buy again.

**UPDATE - I opened a case with PayPal who told me to return the items (to China) which I did and sent tracking but PayPal have now closed my case saying I didn't provide tracking. So don't send the items back you will never get your money back!***

The items are not as advertised, they don't twizzle the hair in to curl and they don't curl at all. Very poor quality, I have asked them for a refund and to return the items.

This company is a falsely advertised scam. The 2 main things they advertise at the front of their site, they don’t hold up to either. The package came crushed, only first use of the hair dryer, 2 of the attachment brushes fell apart. On contacting customer service (which they claim to be 24/7) I received a reply after 2 days for them to ask me what the issue was and I explained the above. They then further asked me to take pictures and send as evidence and after this said we. any offer you anything as it is ‘not in accordance with out terms and conditions’ as the product is used. I’m sorry but how the F*** would I have know how faulty the product would have been without using it ? Also why did they need evidence when i had clearly stated in the first email ‘broke after first use’ when they already know it would be ‘against their terms and conditions’.
This company is a scam, poor customer service, they absolutley do not care about customer satisfaction but just about making sales. Wish I had read the reviews on here before buying. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE !!!!! I would rate them zero if their was a option

I am trying to return a very very low quality item which arrived in a squashed also very low quality packaging. I have sent emails to email address listed in their T&Cs. No response from Borelia. I even have a personal email address from when I was enquiring about delivery…no response from that one either. No return address in T&Cs. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered 9th October, still not received. Contacted Customer services they don't exist.
£60 lost sooo pissed off.

Item arrived and is absolute tat. Emailed support and they asked me to send photo did that and had no more replies to arrange return and refund.
Will keep trying and leave comments on social media.

Would give minus stars if I could . Absolute rubbish and I feel so stupid. Item is plasticy and shoddy and does not do what is advertised . The air curler does not twizzle hair automatically so why they give you 2 of these is anyones business, it is like someone has made these items for a joke . Mine got ridiculously hot so would not have used again ..tried the brush as well, this sticks in your hair probably because the plastic is melting. Have contacted customer services on this ( to be fair looked legit site ) and nothing back . Have searched Instagram again yo try and find advert ( that had been flooding my feed , hence being impressed). Please avoid . This is a dreadful product and dangerous . Lesson learned. 12 Nov 23 .. after long wait with PayPal dispute have this.... you to provide this document later.

However today I still got emails advertising Borelia London ...have to commend them for their brass neck !!

Comes in completely different packaging, is cheap plastic, gets way too hot, can't remove attachments and the curling attachments do absolutely nothing. Do not buy!

Don't buy! If I could have done zero stars I would have done. Cheap Chinese copy. No branding on the package. It does not work!! It just blows warm hair. The curl styler doesn't suck hair to the shaft as per the video and the roller doesn't roll! It doesn't even get hot.
