Brad was first class
Brad was first class , it was obvious he knew his stuff , when I decided to change my order he was great about it , absolutely no heavy sales pitch .
When I did eventually order my furnace the procedure was quick and painless .
I was a bit annoyed at the shipping arrangements that it couldn’t be delivered to my closest town instead it was a four hour drive to collect it and bring it home and I had given a name of a shipping company that I’ve used various times before.
There was an option to get it delivered to my house but I’m often not around.
But it wasn’t a deal breaker by any means .
The other little issue was that the furnace had two small screws driven through the base of the furnace attaching it to the pallet so when we came to lift the furnace off the pallet I had no idea those little screws were there so the weight of the pallet bent the base of the furnace before we realized about the screws .
So a sign or something to warn about the screws would have saved damaging the unit .
This might not have been a BPH fault Napoleon may well ship them with the screws.
I am going to go back to Brad for advice on a different project for my sons house and most likely buy the parts needed from him .
